okaydokay,

I'd go with sassies suggestion and see if you can get a return, would be worth more to you than on here.

I'm trying to work out what both items are in your 4th (2nd last) picture. Is one of them the dust bag you refer to ?

Thanks

See the problem I have is that I ask you a simple question regarding how old it is, ensuring the seller is genuine before I go pursue my interest any further.

1. I'd expect you to be truthful
2. I'd expect you to remember your birthday
3. I'd like to apologise, I was after a playstation 2, but got confused. Don't seem to recall why, unless it was to do with this posting which was dated 18/02/2008.

Perhaps one of us can't tell the difference between a PS2 and a Ted Baker bag. I think you'd be better of trading on eBay where at least you can choose to ignore any questions.

I'm not suggesting the bag is fake or anything like that, but by not being honest and upfront, why would anyone consider trading with you.

Hope this helps, good luck with your sale.

Firstly obvisouly I know when my birthday is I recieved it before my birthday which is why I said about 2 weeks ago as my birthday was 2 weeks ago I didn't realise you wanted the exact date i'm sorry.

Secondly I never sold the ps2 on here because I messed up the listing which I seem to have done again although I don't know exactly what I have done wrong apart from not give you the exact date I got the bag!

As for the Ps2 I sold it on ebay Item number: 270218499708 just incase you want to check

And lastly to clarify yes it is a dustbag in the pic how it has ended up in the ps2 link I can only assume is because the dustbag has now used the photobucket link which the Ps2 used to use

p.s the items in question in the fourth pic are the dustbag and the side of the bag on and sorry I forgot to add my knee before I'm accussed of evading questions again thanks fellow scot not

Have you tried getting a refund or gift voucher from John Lewis yet then?

And why would anyone pay the retail pricee (£100 as it says on the tag) + £5 deliveryy for the item from you when they could just buy it new for the same price without hassle and without risk i presume?

OMG I give in honestly keys it states in the listening open to reasonable offers and no I haven't tried John Lewis as yet because it was closed when I listed it a few hours ago so unless I break in I can't attempt to return it

I didn't want the hassle of returning without a reciept i would have been happy with a reasonable offer for example £60 but obvisouly everyone thinks I'm taking the pxxx even though I have gave my ebay feedback

It is a genuine Ted Baker bag was £100 as states on the price tag I think it was out of John Lewis. I did get for my birthday but not on my birthday before my birthday although I can't exactly remember which exact day sorry. Although I may add I DO know my birthday date

Wild guess but I assume noone wants it :whistling: will try returning and if no joy will put on ebay and if sold on ebay will post the link of sale to all the doubters :x

and lastly I would assume paying via pp would ensure no risk

will expire deal to stop anymore neg or accussing comments

I wasnt trying to say you are unreliable or anything of the such.

Just tried helping... what I meant by the price was that if you are happy with £60 maybe, why not list the item as a bit cheaper, because people might think you are wanting alot closer to the £100 mark and might not bother making a bid....

and also it seems you edited perhaps after I read the thread initially and said you are open to reasonable offers. Not sure I read that when I first read this.

Anyway, I no you said sorry for the PM, but I was only trying to help and was no need for your PM really.

Good luck with sale though.
