I have for sale my wifes medion akoya mini 10 inch netbook about 3 months old and in pristine as new condition.

Only selling as she is a teacher and does all her work on it but she finds it too slow for some of the things she uses. She has gone and pinched my acer aspire 2930z 12 inch laptop. I want to sell this so I can buy a 15 inch laptop as it is too small for me.

It came with an 80 gig hard drive but I have upgraded it to 160gig and also upgraded the ram to 2 gig.

I also bought a sleeve for it and a DL dvd rw usb drive for it so it's all up for sale together.

I have restored it back to factory settings.

It is boxed and complete with everything it should come with.

I am not 100% sure mate. My wife always used it but sure it is 2 hours minimum. Maybe someone who has one can confirm?

Do you have the reciept for this?

Yes mate but it was not mine originally. It has a receipt from Sainsburys white rose center Leeds. I got it on here from someone who bought but it was an impulse buy so I bought it from them.

I paid £180 for it and collected it from them so it was a very good price. My price reflects the hard drive and memory upgrade and also the usb dvdrw drive and case plus the £21 special delivery charge which is very expensive unless I can find a good cheaper alternative.

Hope that helps.

Parcel2go will deliver that for about £14 including insurance.

What is the date on the reciept please?

£14 sounds a bit better if fully insured.

Receipt is dated 6th March 2009

Original hard drive is now used by my sister in law as hers failed in her laptop so the 160 gig one is all I have now.

I prefer to sell as a package for now but will let you know if I decide to split:thumbsup:

£210 is my top limit to be honest. In fact £200 is really but I can squeeze an extra £10 out of it if I dont feed the kids for the next few days :( LOL

To be honest with the upgrades and what is included and its condition it is worth what I am asking what with the cost of delivery.
#16

If you had asked me last night I may have considered that but I ordered one from cdiscount last night.

Not saying it isn't worth what you are asking but I set myself a limit of £200 for a netbook, so £210 is going above what I wanted to pay to be fair.

Got any further details? Age etc and how much cash you would want? I have gone right off dells as a rule as the last 2 dell laptops have been dissapointing.

About 2-3 years old. Ex comp laptop

14.1"screen
80gb HDD
2.2ghz core 2 duo
2gb ram
bluetooth
fingerprint reader
dvd-rw
Battery Life is 2-3 hours
Running on windows 7 currently and smooth.
Reason for me getting rid of it is as i require something smaller.
#24
Thanks but I will pass mate. I want something with warranty and still prefer anything but a dell to be honest.

Thanks though.
#25
Ok, you wanted £217.50, I'll stretch to £215 delivered but that really is the max, assuming you will include the 2GB of ram, 160GB hdd, dvdrw and the reciept too (for warranty purposes)

Ok mate I will accept £215 inc delivery. The only reason I wanted £217.50 was to help towards the 21 quid spec del as I prefer it as it is gauranteed before 1pm tomorrow and is well insured.

I will use parcel to go with insurance but not sure if the will collect today or not now or how long it will take.

If that is ok with you lets take it to pm:thumbsup:

Took a few minutes out and it really is over and above what I wanted to pay to be honest. I set myself a limit of £200 for a netbook and really did not want to go ver that. Have decided to put my money into a notebook as apposed to a netbook. Apologies for any inconvienence.

Ignore my Pm then and me accepting your offer.

Anyone else interested?

If you are happy with it being delivered via standard parcels with extra insurance cover which covers up to £250 then yeah I will accept £212.
#33
So at £215 you'll post special delivery?

God I realy am being sqeezed on this one lol.

Special delivery is £21.65 so if I do it at £215 I will be getting less than £200 after postage which is not what I wanted to be honest. Someone said I can do parcel2go fully insured for about £14 but not checked it yet.

standard parcels will be fully insured but just a little slower. I thought it was a steal at £225 delivered to be honest.

I will send special for no less than £221.65.
#35
lol, impulse buy really, shouldn't really be buying another netbook!

Ill take at £215 if you can post it special. If not, ill pass.

Had a chat with the missus (LOL) last try... £217.50 via Paypal (All my money is in Paypal at the moment so has to be Paypal I am afraid) and you send it Special Delivery so i get it tomorrow as per this post directed at me earlier....

If you are ok with that then PM me and I'll pay as soon as I get back from going out to the shops.

If you are ok with that and can get it to me before the Weekend (I need something for the weekend) then PM me and I'll pay as soon as I get back from going out to the shops.

I will only take paypal if fees are covered and I still prefer BT as at least I do not have to wait 7 days for my money which I will have to with paypal.

I still would like to have £200 after delivery too so I will have to decline your offer sorry.
#39
I'll cover the fees so you make £217 before postage which you agreed to earlier in this thread

I will hold out for £200 clear after postage as I think it is worth it with what the upgrades and extras cost me.

I still prefer BT too so I will have to still decline your offer.
