For Sale - Original 60GB PS3 (PS2 compatible with memory card slots) £80.00

We have an original 60GB Playstation 3. This is the PlayStation 2 compatible version which also has extra USB ports & memory card readers as well.

Now the important bit - a little background to it... It had experienced the YLOD. When it stopped working last time I listed it on HUKD.

See: http://www.hotukdeals.com/for-sale-trade/fs-faulty-60gb-ps3-playstation-2-co/618740

However, I ended up not selling it and re-did the heatgun fix. This got it working again, so as of now, it is still working and can be shown working although think it would be best to say it is being sold for parts & spares.

So we are looking for £80... For this you get the PS3, power lead & Box. I'm in Nottingham, about 5 mins from J26 of M1 so if anyone wants to pick it up, thats fine. If not, I can find out postage and packaging costs.

Thanks.

This detail is outlined in previous post I linked to... Power & eject buttons work fine but not with the case on, maybe i'm not putting the case on right but it works fine when touch it directly.

Blueray ribbon is fine, the clip to secure it on motherboard side came off (common & can buy clips) but it still works fine.

I'm sorry but am I missing something here - in all my years on-line, its always worked that someone pays for something and then you post it. Forums, eBay, any e-commerce site, these forums etc, that's how it works doesn't it.

At £80 its a done deal if you do it the normal way... More than happy to show you some credentials to show I'm all legit plus show you verified paypal account. If you wanna meet or come pick it up, thats fine too. Or if your willing to pay extra fiver to cover costs, could also set it up as buy it now on eBay quickly if you wanna go through that for added protection that they offer.

And regarding controllers, I do have 2 controllers but thought would keep them as looking to get a slimline PS3, could chuck in one controller for a tenner though if you want.

yeah i'm interetsed. so it would be £95? and u'll be happy to do it on fleabay?

£80 for console
£10 for controller
£5 for ebay costs
= £95 - Done deal at that :)

It weights around 7kg according to the net. Royal Mail shows it costing £12.74 sending it Standard Parcel with £100 insurance or £21.65 Special Delivery next working day. Or could just pick it up for free.

Let us know when and i'll slap it up on ebay for you.
