As above, Just sitting in the garage so I'd thought i'd list this, It's suffered from the Bluescreen of Death 3 Times, This time i have left it for a year. Basically when you turn it on it boots up and after it gets to the loading Windows XP Window the screen Flickers Blue instantly and then Shuts off and restarts, As i've mentioned i had the problem twice before got it fixed both times at a Computer Shop, It's a Pentium 4 Processor, I do not know the Specs of the Computer as it's years old and i cant find out myself, My guess is that it's a Hard Disk Problem if your good with computers then this would be a good project, I think it has a 60gb HDD Fitted but please dont quote me on that, i'm going by what I remember, you will receive the base unit and speakers for the computer and the power cables, Nothing else,

Any other questions dont hesitate to ask, But sadly I dont know anymore specs,

Specs now added :)

Packard Bell IMEDIA 5061
INTEL PENTIUM 4 2GHZ PC

Intel P4 2GHz Processor
512Mb DDR RAM
40Gb Hard Drive
DVD & CD-Rewriter
SIS 650 64Mb Shared
Microsoft Suite 2007 installed on it aswell.

I still have not receieved payment from the Halaways. He stated he would pay via paypal and stated he had funds in there then changed his mind yet again and said he wanted to pay via Bank Transfer, I send him my Bank Details yesterday and he has not Payed into my Account today therefore it's still up for sale. I would like no Time Wasters please with this as it's getting on my nerves now.

Yes thats correct.

I would like to know the processor and memory size in the unit. I may be interested in a reduced price on the unit if it does as you say.

If you have time this would be appreciated.

Ah okay I have no way to check that stuff at this point as I dont have a VGA Cable for it. Have you any suggestions on what I can do except get a VGA Cable? I wouldnt be willing to budge on price as it'll cost me £7.92 for the Courier and to box and bubble wrap will be at least £2. As stated above it's Genuine XP so the Key alone is worth it.

Hi Marky264,

Where are you based? I might be intrested, if others fall through.
If you dont have a monitor like adam has said, you could try unclipping the Fan on the Processor and whipping the white paste off (with some kitchen towl) and then reading the numbers off and putting them on here and we can see what it is? and also unclipping the Ram and typing the numbers in here so we can do the same for that?

Thanks

Chris

Can you check on the back for serial numbers please?

Just though PB machines always have a serial to the exact product.

It's not at all LOL

Seriously its just unscrewing the 2 screws on the right side of the back of the case, slipping the side off and then using a flat screw driver to unclip the Processor fan, very very promice lol

Yeah theres this like Seriel Number on the Side of the Computer with a Code on it like a Seal Type thing you would find on the back of a Playstation for example I will PM you both with the Numbers tomorrow evening as I'm at my girlfriends

Still sounds difficult to me lol If I saw someone do it then i'd be able to do it from that point onwards lol

Ok fine. I'd like to get first refusal please if you don't mind. As I may not see it till later on.

I'd take it at asking if its a 2.8ghz or higher as It might well be.

How is giving Adam first refusal fair cos he might not see it till later?

I was going to pick it up to save you a tenner, but if i am 2nd i'll give you £20 andpick it up so you still make the same, to make it fair? lol

P.S. from the numbers in the red box we should be able to find it all out :)

P.P.S. If adam is having first refusal if its 2.8 or higher, can i get first refusal if it's 2.1ghz to 2.6ghz???? Please :) lol

Okay guys this is getting a bit confusing now. Since Adam was interested first I think it's fair I give him the first refusal. Both of you please be online at 9pm amd I will PM you both the codes then, Adam must decide if he wants it or not. If so then Adam will take it, If not then Chuckles you can take it, but at the end of the day I'm wanting payment via Paypal please and not cash in hand if you were to pick it up chuckles, I think thats more fair for everybody as both of you want to pay the asking prices on the terms of the codes. It's just Adam offered Asking on the conditions first. If I was to buy this for example I would want the same treatment in return to be fair. If Adams not online in the evening though amd Chuckles wants it and is ready to pay via Paypal and pick it up then it'll go to him. All Fair?

That's all cool and fair enough as i said it was not you i thought was being unfair, it weas more the line "I'd like to get first refusal please if you don't mind. As I may not see it till later on" which as usual takes liberties from Adam :whistling:

Give's me time to check with my OH parents who have a 800Mhz CPU 128Mb of Ram & WIndows ME to see if they would like it as i can then fix it up and give them a PC that actually can see the photos they take without asking me to look at why its not working all the time lol
