I have a brand new PS3 Slim 120gb console for sale.

Never been used, only had the console out of the box to see how much smaller it actually is and the weight compared to PS3 Phat, but ive decided to stay put with my old faithful, so i have this for sale.

£220 via paypal gift, i will post via Fedex Courier and will go via 24 hour delivery.
Shipping/Payment:
paypal gift payment, or pay via normal paypal but will have to add fees.

You can buy a brand new one here. £244 for example.

There are other deals out there for £225 on release.

I think your best bet is ebay or Cex.

Sorry to spoil, but its true.

yeah but this is brand new, only came out last week and i only recieved it this morning.

i was going to sell my normal ps3, but when i took the slim out it wasnt as small as i expected, when you compare a playstation 2 to the slim ps2, it was a huge difference.

i paid £230, but ive opened the box so presumed i couldnt send it back, so just trying to recoup as much as possible.

i guess ill have to send to CEX but id rather get a sale here, even if its for under £220 but over £200.

You should be able to take it back as long it is still in a saleable state i.e not been used

Don't think so, as so many retailers, such as HMV, they only give you voucher refund
#8
long distance selling rules state you can send it back without giving a reason and get a full refund, you can remove it from the box to inspect it as well so you should absolutely no problems returning this

What he said. I've returned multiple 'open box' items to etailers and got full refunds.

well i bought it out of the catalogue on a buy now pay next year thing, so i figure if i sell it for cash i can just pay it back next september to them, sort of a loan really.

i think im going to send it to CEX since nobody is offering cash. this thread can be closed.

That's if you are buying online, Distance Selling Rule applied, but if you buy in high street shops, once the box is opened, they will likely to give you vouchers back
