I will not be held responsible if you choose for me to send non recorded if you want it cheaper. I'll give you proof of postage, but will not issue a refund as it was your choice.

It is your responsibility to ensure the items arrive. That's how it works on HUKD. :)

Not if you choose an un-insured method of postage. Now please move on, I'm trying to sell.

I hate to admit it, but surely the saint is right here, regardless of delivery method, if a game doesn't show it's the sellers responsibility...

Not if I have proof that I have posted it. It is your choice for me to send cheaper so you can save an extra £1.

God, if I thought that sentence was gonna cause fuss, I wouldn't have listed it here, PLEASE ONLY POST IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. REPORTED THREAD SO POSTS CAN BE DELETED.

I had/have the same issue with a hukd transaction, where item has been sent 2nd class but 'never got to receivers end :?' and now I'm out of a game, and responsible for a refund :x

anyway.... DMC £6? :)

As the next cheapest is £11.73, I'd like to stick @ £9 for now, unless your interested in anything else, I could probably discount them both. :)

thesaint is correct. You are responsible for ensuring the item(s) get to your buyer. Recorded delivery/proof of posting is your insurance, not anyone elses.

I said I would provide proof of posting IF the buyer chose the cheaper postage. So I AM doing my job as the seller.

Wrong. You would have to give the buyer a refund. Proof of postage is useless to your seller. The receipt is your safegaurd, no one elses.

Thread can be re-opened when you post pics of the items. Report in the usual manner please.
