Hi Reaps,

Same advice that I just offered to ShaunR in his thread, I think you'll find it easier to sell items if you list them with a price.

My pricing suggestion? Search eBay completed auctions for the average price your laptop is going for (or one similar to it), then discount off the fees that eBay would take from you (or at least part of these fees). That way you know you're getting a fair price, plus the buyer has a bit of an incentive to buy off you here instead of heading to eBay.

Also, for a high value item like this it will help loads to include a picture. Preferably one of the item itself but if not at find one off the web of your laptop model.

If you need help posting an image let me know :)
I may be interested if the price is good and you could get some pictures. also, do you have any feedback from sites like eBay or Heatware?
oh, and where abouts are you situated?

thanks :)
I'm in manchester, but i work in st helens, my girlfriend works in preston so any of those is fine

my ebay userid is reapsos, i'm expecting two more feedback from a few items i've bought recently so i think my rating should be 15 or some such, i'll add a pic to the post above
oh ok thanks, did you have a price in mind? :)
I'm looking around 900 (it was about 2400 new), but feel free to make a close offer (i'm in no real rush to sell). Remember this is a high spec laptop, with a large display which really makes a difference, believe me.

I forgot to mention as well there is a docking station as well, which was worth about £200 odd new
oh ok, that's way over my budget heh but a very nice laptop. good luck selling it :)
r us till looking to sell the laptop? i am interested n would definately buy if we can agreee on a price and also go through ebay for security reasons
