i was interested in getting an iMac however ive recently swayed more towards the macbook range now...

Also £680 i believe is about right price (ish) as mac2sell values it at £660:

I think it really depends where you use your computer.. If you will be using at home 80% of the time.. Buy an iMac - if away.. Buy a macbook. Unless you can spare and buy both like i did.

I'd be willing to take £660 if someone collected it, meeting the mac2sell price.

Yerp as i'll be using my macbook from now till when i get my 24" iMac, so gonna need a monitor. Not looking for anything fancy monitor wise. As long as it's not some grey Hanspree monstrosity.

May go down to £580 cash if it's a very nice monitor that i like. Have to be nice tho.

was going to say for £60 you wont get anything amazing...and i wouldnt dismiss hannspree. ive had a pc monitor that is still going and is over 4 years old now, and also a 32" tv that ive had over 18months with no problem and is great for the price.
Anyways best of luck, ive got a 22" but mines a samsung gaming monitor and wouldnt let it go for that equivalent price.

Well it's £80 - considering i'm only willing to drop to by that £20 if collected.

Plus on a tech forum i use, 20-22" Samsung monitors regularly go for between 80-100.

I also had 2x Samsung 226BWs (Considering one of the best 22" monitors you could get, if you get the best panel model - which i had for both) which i sold when i got rid of my PC - struggled to get £100 each for them.

Yeah i wouldn't take less than £600 + That for the iMac. Samsung 226BWs are discontinued now. Plus considering what i could get for mine, i think £80 drop is fair in price.

Lemmie know if you change your mind, but i won't be dropping the price anything down from that point.
