Hi, I've been using this on a macbook but have no use for it anymore. It's been uninstalled from my macbook as I didn't need it. Not sure what the used price is for this so I've put it at £30 including p&p. Feel free to ask any questions.
Shipping/Payment:
Payment by paypal gift, cheque or postal order
Will post recorded.

"Assuming a retail license (OEM licenses are not transferable), simply
remove it from the older computer and then use telephone activation for
the new installation."

Just read the terms and it states

15. REASSIGN TO ANOTHER DEVICE.
a.You may uninstall the software and
install it on another device for your use. You may not do so to share this license between
devices.
it also goes on to say
16. TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY.
a.The first user of the software may make a one time transfer of the software, and this agreement, directly to a third party. The first user must uninstall the software before transferring it separately from the device. The first user may not retain any copies.

how did you come accross it? is it an oem or not because im not sure what u say applies to upgrade licence
#11
an upgrade version is a retail version and quite correctly is limited to the terms jason5 has stated.
However it is an upgrade and therefore only valid for use when you own the licence to a qualifying upgradeable product.
There are no oem upgrade versions.

So what you are basically selling is the licence, this works, as you activate the licence over the phone, and they provide you with a long 8 box code to fill in on the activation page. I know this as I have a Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade Retail Licence. This was originally bought online and so I had to download Windows Vista. I originally installed it on my iMac but then decided to install it on my Macbook, I had to go through the process of activation, over the phone. Its not hard and it can be done as many times as you like. It is like this as once its activated on the new machine its automatically deactivated on the old one.

Just thought I would add what I know.
