Hey guys, looking to swap/sell the above noted PSP for something.. It all boots up etc you just cannot see the screen as I managed to drop it on a night out after work! Everything is in fine working order with exception of that!

You can buy screens and replace them yourself if you have the know how from Ebay but it would cost you £20-£40 to get it fixed by a pro.

This is my ebay ID: twr_marty

Looking for around £90 but I could be way off!!!

One's in good condition are only selling for £80 so yeah £90 could be a bit much for a broken one!
#6
yeah Slim & Lites have sold on here working with games for £90 so i think price should be revised ;)

Cool, well the three games, 1 gig stick and the fancy case make up for it :P

But I can get the screen fixed at a shop in town for £20 so with the games, memory and case I would settle for 80.. Maybe 75 at a push!

Ive just sold one on play that was mint, basically new boxed and all with a 1gb memory stick for £100, it even had custom f/w and it took ages to sell! I think £70s a great offer....

Aye, thanks for the banter lads but I think I may hold onto my PSP if only for the sentimental value!

Still could do a swap for something else though!

kwl yeah i'd never get rid of mine, even though it's a Phat White one im keeping it till it breaks! My mum bought it for me for my 14th so even if its worth less than 50 one day i will never get rid of it. How you crack it anyway?

Well I would take it to work for my train journey to and from.. Music/ Videos etc.. Anyway i had it in my pocket but wasnt do anything to energetic except sittin on a train gettin to work puttin it in my drawer working then going home! But I ended up going for a beer in a local pub with a pool table.. Long story short it fell out my pocket and slit along the floor case popped open and there went my psp! Didnt notice at first cos the cracks on the other side of the glass.. Basically entire screens now completely black, if you put pressure on it though you see pockets of colour and from time to time you see half a screen!

Very annoying so it was! Bought a Zune in the end and thats far better, didnt get much chance to use my PSP for gaming really.

Have you got a photo of the actual item? Is there any obvious damage to it from the drop other than the broken screen (any cosmetic damage - scuffs, scratches, etc.)? I fancy having a go at repairing one of these :)

Erm, I can get pictures.. I will get some up in the next little while!
