That sounds a bit unfair - ramiuk1 is simply following up to see if you've posted it, not looking for a refund from what I can see. Seems like you are looking for a reason to back out of the trade, which would be very unfair on the buyer imo... (And btw, the mods won't close until the trade has been completed one way or the other).

i have asked for a refund, butthanks for the support.

the reason i asked for a refund today is that he never followed through with the sale and ,didnt bother to update me that he recieved payment,if someone cant be bothered to even update a thread or keep a sale thread up to date ,they not exactly the type of person i wish to buy from.

if i had sold something and someone payed me sunday i would have logged in to add to the thread i had recieved it ,then explaining that i would try and post the item monday morning, but for it to be 4 days later and you still havent posted the item i payed for,i dont see that as good sale so i wouldnt want to continue with it,as its took so long i had to buy another drive from somewhere else so i hope you understand my meaning and points made.

Oh right :? In which case, sorry OP. But yes, it's true that these trades are always based on trust and it's the sellers responsibility to keep the buyer informed after payment has been made. Personally, if I pay for something I'd expect it to be posted next working day unless otherwise agreed.

[A refund for 14.25 has been issued, im sure this will cover your cost's. Rather than this turning into a public slanging match i ask Mods to now close. My frustration comes from the fact that i could have been emailed at any point - for such a low value item i didnt feel the buyer would need to be updated every five minutes. Either way i should have , to be fair, so buyer please accept my apology for the two day delay in posting.
#21
i shouldnt have to chase things up,i shouldnt have too at all,its your responsablitiy to keep me informed.

but im not going to argue over it and i thank you for the speedy refund, hope you sell your drives :)

just alast note, the value of an item is irrelivant to postage times.

please close mods
