Heya, what exactly do these do :)? Are they the things that use the mains electricity to transmit signal? ie One plugs into router, another plugs into a wall socket and can be used to network something from there? My problem is our house has very bad wireless signal due to thick walls, my xbox is upstairs and can't get wireless, would this solve the problem?

Cheers,

Tom

edit: Looks like it would... what part of Bristol are you from for collection? Cheers

Yes that is exactly what they are for. This would definitely solve the problem you are having and without having long ethernet cables running through your house.

To be honest mate I live about 25 min drive from Bristol, for convenience it would probably be easier for me to post them but I will do them for £25 delivered if you are ok with that?

what postcode? I live just outside as well, might be the same direction... lol, 25 is a bit more than I am wanting to pay though :( if I collected that would cut down postage :) not sure how heavy these things are?

BA5 Anywhere near you?

Weighed them and checked Royal Mail. Borders around 500g so be looking at £3-3.50 postage.

Originally wanted £28 delivered but I can do them for £24 delivered or £21 if you collect them (Sorry, orignally I thougt you meant meeting you somewhere so was including petrol costs etc)

Ah unfortunately not, im BS37 so postage would probably work out cheaper :P I am certainly interested, but checked some Ebay prices and very similar Belkin ones (260584792224) seem to go for a bit less (17.50) + ebay fees etc so in all honesty would be looking around 16 delivered.

Ahh the other side of Bristol, typical lol

Sorry mate that price is the exception rather than the rule. I have never seen them go that cheap before plus with mine you receive an ethernet cable and the CD to set them up securely. I think £24 is a fair price for the 2 plugs

Most seem to be more than that on ebay apart from the ones you mentioned but that auction has now finished.

Please dont think I'm trying to con you, if you check other prices that people have sold these for on the fs/ft threads then most are selling for the same price if not more than £24.

Let me know if you are still interested.
