great price

I'm not gonna budge the price up or down, but how much do these normally go for?

I thought £32 delivered would be pushing it:-D
#8
i think around £30 is perfectly normal for this, don't they still sell for around £60 brand new?

I think £32 delivered is a decent price anyway it'll cost about £4 to send it.

Thanks!

This thread was expired as T0mm planned on Ebaying it. However, he's now continuing his listing here so I've unexpired it. :)
BTW T0mm you should report threads to us if you want them closing- hitting the expire button isn't enough... going to have to give you a warning over it

Thanks JB! :)

As above it's now £30 delivered.
Paypal or Bacs or that new thing, Apacs? Providing one of your banks is in the sending scheme (including HBOS) I'll get the payment in two hours so I can send it out tomorrow first thing.

t0mm, if I have HDD that is nearly full, is there nothing to stop me swapping between two drives if need be? Soz, prob a dumb question but me is new to all this
#15
nope, you can just set your account up on that hard drive aswell(i think).
#16
You can only have your account on one HDD.(if you recover it on one HDD it´s not working
anymore on the other.) You could get a memory card and that way swap
HDDs while being able to use your tag from the mem card.

Thanks for that TanyaSpace (and sorry to hijack t0mm - let me know if it's a prob and I'll butt out ). So from what you are saying it is poss to use 2 HDD's but would be a pain as it would involve recovering it everytime it's swapped. But having it on a memory card gets around this. But that would still give access to all the downloads on HDDs even if they are attached to that account, right?

Yep exactly. Just get a 64mb mem card (they´re very cheap), put your account on there
and swap hdds whenever you need to .

Ah thanks for the info too - I didn't know that! :|

Yes, good to know eh? My 20GB harddrive is only a few days old and I've already loaded it with demo games! I think I should delete some of those before buying a new drive tho! Hopefully a buyer will come along soon t0mm - it's a good price for a 20GB when you think that the CEX sell used 64MB cards for £8. If it were calculated at a pro-rata cost per MB, your 20GB drive would be worth £2,560!

Good deal for someone with a 512MB memory card. They could sell it on ebay for between £10 and £15 delivered based on recent auctions. That would make this a pretty cheap upgrade...

:D.

I'm only gonna keep this on til 12 then i'll bung it on ebay again.
#32
just checked eBay and the prices are about £26 so I'm gonna put this down to £26 Via Bank transfer (APACS)
