100W Satellite speakers - £20

Harmon Kardon 30W Subwoofer - £10

It's a Crown CTT3207W; i've had it a few years, but it's still running just as good as when I got it :)

Cheers BM. Just checked the specs and its not for me unfortunately - good luck with the sale :)

Cheers MrShed; no worries :)

An additional (stock) image for the PVR item mentioned (DigiFusion FVRT90) for those that wish to see it:

Apologies that there's no 'actual' item image for it, but i've not got my digital camera to hand, currently. The stock photo is a very accurate representation nonetheless.

is it HD Ready model? has it got VGA or HDMI?

It's capable of displaying images at a 1366 x 768 pixels resolution, so effectively 720P.

Unfortunately, no VGA or HDMI inputs present.

What sort of price would be respectable to you?

Postage would be around the £20, give or take, I think.

Yup; It's effectively a Freeview box receiver with an 80GB HDD, which gives you 40 hours recording time :)

It also has the following features;

* Single Tuner (but you can watch something you have recorded whilst recording something)
* Chase record - you can start watching something before it finishes recording
* Pause and rewind live TV.
* Retrospective record - if you are watching something and decide to record it, you can record from the start of the programme.
* 7 day EPG - Programme Guide.
* One button instant record
* Recording scheduler - can set a program to record daily, weekly, etc
* Two SCART - so you can connect another device through it (I had my DVD player connected)
* 40 hours capacity
* Remote control
* Phono outputs for a hi-fi or cinema system
* Optical output
* Live picture on the EPG, so you can continue watching something whilst you search for something else to watch!

Call postage a fiver (although it will be slightly more than that) on top, and it's yours?

Not a massive fan of iPod's generally, so i'll give the trade a miss, methinks - thanks anyway :)

I'll get back to you asap, but i'll have a proper look around at the likely postal quotes first, before weighing it all up and letting you know for sure either way.

I'm tempted by the cash in hand, but not so much by the price. Are you able to raise the offer?

I'm working in about half an hour, but I might otherwise still be able to sort something out.

I'm still to verify postal costs (have been distracted this morning and have work in about half an hours time); although your offer does now seem to have been topped, slightly.

Hi,

How are you able to gauge the postal costs at £10.99 using PayPal, may I ask?

I'm under the impression that due to size (and of course, weight) it'll be more..?

Although you are the highest offer, and if postal prices are correct as you quote, then it is tempting, still.

It's a good price for the TV. For those on Standard Definition, you get a fab picture. So if your not in a hurry for HD everything, get a big picture for cheap

(I have one in the spare room!)
#36
£100 without the hassle of delivery and posting etc is a fair price

Just press the print postage label from paypal, choose parcelforce 48 and it's just £10.99 for up to 30kgs. Has the TV got VGA for computers?

I haven't gone via your route, but i've managed to get a postage quote for a similar courier service for - give or take a matter of pence - about what you said.

I think the full item specs were posted by MrShed on page 2; but no, it hasn't got a VGA connection, unfortunately (although if you read the Crown website for the brief item specs, it states "PC Compatible").

If you're still interested, i'll do it all in for the £125 you mentioned? (after all, HUKD is all about bargains!)

Hye if he doesn't have it i'll take it for £110 collected
