Afternoon all,

i'm selling my Philips 42" Plasma as i'm moving house at the end of the week, and will be upgrading to a bigger set then.

The TV is about 12 months old, in full working order and perfect condition.

Comes with remote and manual, unboxed, and collection only (am based in SW London).

Price is £390.

Where in South West London are you based as I may be intrested and work in Central London
#3
Thanks Mammy.

Bailey - i'm based in Wimbledon if that's any good for you.

More over the otherside of London for me though as I live in Essex. i take it this is a just a 720p set, sorry been a bit lazy and done no research
#5
yeah it's 720p. But can output 1080i too.

At 42" or less it doesn't really make a difference if it's 1080p or not, it still looks brilliant.

Yeah I guess that your right. tbh it may be too big as this would only be a 2nd setfor a bedroom, I may be better off getting a brand new 37 or 40" for the same price
#7
perhaps. that decision is yours to make :)
#8
Yeah il prob get a brand new model with warranty.Sorry
#9

i have a 1080p set and a 720p set and there is a big difference, there is on my 2 sets anyways and they both the same tv except one supports 1080p
#13
there may well be, but its all relative to the screen size and viewing distance.
#14

heres a good guide

by the way my mum has the same tv as you and it is good set

I would rather buy a brand new TV if i was to spend anything over the £300 mark.
