Packaging is an unreliable check. If you are unsure of the authenticity, you shouldn't sell, or make sure that you offer a refund if proved to be counterfeit.

Only a PSP, any other check is unreliable.
#14
check the memory card if its made in china it usually more then likely to be fake, or test it out on the psp with the magicgate test

Not enough matey, its not worth me selling it at that
#22
Fair enough mate. If it was 100% genuine I would offer asking but not worth the risk to me for more.
Good luck with the sale
#23
Ok I have had a real and a fake one of these, two main things......

The real one has a big fold out instruction/destruction book thingie in it. The fake one does not or if it does it is tiny. The real one when put into a PSP has magicgate, the fake one does not.

Any help?
#24
No psp so i can't do the test, and its sealed so i'd rather not open it tbh.

I've already said i'll refund if it doesn't pass the magicgate test through the psp

I'll take £8 for it.........
#25
