So i bought this 8GB usb stick for my joggler and loaded it uo and its not compatitable, so i want to swap it for one that is(micro sd card or usb)
also i dont know how much space it has left on it after doin the Ubuntu thing on it so would be for someone that knows how to get the space back(if its gone)

also would possibly put a little bit of money on top if it was to have the Ubuntu installed and any of the other things so i can just plug it in and play :D

will add 5 pounds on top for a usb that has the software on it

did you use this http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/ to make your usb stick bootable ? just point it at the iso and your flash drive
#4
i tried a few downloads but none worked and its wasting our download limit. If i can use it for the joggler its no use anyway so would rather get rid. But thanx

I would also consider buying a compatible stick(for the joggler) with the files downloaded on it so i can just plug it in(so i can use the internet on it ect) without the trade..

Thanks for the link, tried it and after i have used the software it says : "select the USB boot option in the BIOS boot menu" but there doesnt seem to be a boot option or BIOS menu... any ideas?

What make/model is it?

Caroline, unetbootin is completely unsuitable for preparing a USB stick for the Joggler. I wish people would stop suggesting that others use it, either from ignorance or malice.

What is the make/model of stick you bought? It is unlikely that it is incompatible with the Joggler, what is more likely is that, for whatever reason, you failed to get the files installed correctly.

Have you checked the instructions here?

If you don't have any luck I would be happy to try loading one of the images on to your stick. No money, just the stamps for the return postage. You shouldn't pay for free software.
