Do you have any other means of proof of purchase, something that may assist in a warranty claim.

In addition, let us know when you're ready to post pics, report in the usual manner.

Hi

You dont need to receipt in this day and age. Most will take this back as long as you have 'Proof of Purchase' not proof of a receipt. There are many things nowadays shops and stores use as proof of purchase. This can basically include debit / credit card transaction line of you bank statement as they can match up the days and times from your bank to their terminals and they tills.

Plus shops take kindly to people basically explaining that they purchased goods, you may not get a refund but you would surely get more than likely store credit on a gift card to use in shop against something else. You could use this against you bigger TV.

Pack it up go back to argos, I have done it before, no actual receipt but could still provide proof of purchase without it. They took back goods as part credit of actual cost against my new monitor

You say they are good with returns but you havent returned it?
Would you be willing to provide the statement upfront, as in a month or two, or even 10months you might not be contactable.

Regards

Andre

Tbh i only found out yesterday that i could use a bank statement and when i looked it was purchased on 16/04 (typical).

Given the price im being offered on here i might take it back with an intermitent fault and get the vouchers towards another set

Hi I'd take it at £70 delivered if that is alright with you and you still have it. I could only pay in PayPal gift though as I don't have the money in my Bank Account.

Been reading your feedback too and for buying you are very good but selling I'm not too confident, would it be ok if I paid half now and half when I received it?

Thanks.
