Selling this on behalf of a friend who had her iPhone 4 stolen and this is the replacement. She has upgraded to an iPhone 4S whilst waiting for the replacement to arrive.

Boxed in half an iPhone box (see pics) and an O2 box. This is how it arrived.

Will have 90 days warranty on the replacement handset as the original warranty has expired.

All accessories are unused.

Am checking in regards to the 90 day warranty as generally O2 replacements for insurance come with 12 months warranty. Will update on verification.

You might want to check the warranty status with apple as anytime I've had a replacement by O2 insure its been a new product with full 12months warranty.

A quick look online suggest it is 12 months. Will have to verify later as the phone needs to be activated to check with Apple online for warranty status.

Iphone 3gs with 9 months warranty boxed i think its unlocked because it works with tmobile AND orange
it has invisible shield on back and front and its in vgc

Replacements are normally refurbished not brand spanking new! Many new phones go for the 300 mark so 270's more than fair for a refurb, unless you can prove its not a refurb?

Also it's not fully boxed which leads me to believe even more it's a refurb

Apple sell refurbs a less than RRP, so selling a refurb isn't going get the same money as a brand new boxed iPhone !
