Hi, is £14 the best you can do on the brown ones?

Can you confirm if they are genuine ones please and have you a clearer picture or website link to actual ones?

Can you confirm if there are any marks on them

Sorry to be fussy, but we have just started buying bits for a our baby due in September and want to be sure of what we are buying and making best use of our cash

Thanks for the info - a disclaimer from the website of your original purchase (footer) states:

I guess this is a play on the term UGG as being generic rather than the genuine/original articles. Your OP should have made that clear - Is your buyer aware ?

Comments please.

sadly not aware of this and also feeling a little bit silly and gutted now.

I dont even own a pair of these in adult sizes so wouldnt know a good from bad, hence my questions on the post about authenticity.

Please OP advise on how to process a refund. I can pm you my bank details.

I have sent the buyer photos of the uggs and they seemed happy but to be honest i didnt realise they were any different i know you can get different types of uggs apart from Ugg austrailia so to me these are genuine uggs and the website says no different

I see this differently. A question was asked but in my judgement you avoided this, but tried to 'cover' yourself.

The listing is misleading, I actually deem this to be deliberate.

You should now arrange to refund the buyer - your listing will be closed.

Can both parties confirm that the above request has been actioned.

Not the best time to crack a joke or again provide responses which are not clear.

No further sales of any products which are deemed to be 'designer' labels or brand names without firstly providing proof of authenticity.
