The phone is in really good condition, clean and tidy. One small scratch on the screen in one corner, I barely notice it to be honest but just being honest that it is there.
Unlocked and has no signs of a network anywhere on the phone. Comes with the wall charger, usb cable and headphones.

http://uk.blackberry.com/devices/blackberrypearl8100/ - be careful as the spec of the higher phones is listed in places too! This is a 2g phone with gprs only (by that I mean there is no wifi).

Will add photos a bit later if there is interest :) So looking for £60 including special delivery for now. Please feel free to ask any questions!
Shipping/Payment:
I'll assume I'll have to send via Special Delivery as its over £30. But I'll set shipping at £5.

Payment via paypalgift.

I only ever had it as a backup phone, just used for usual texting and calling. So unsure of the pin release and stuff. Do you know of any way to check?

i dont. i know nothing of blackberry phones tbh.

it seems you need to ring your provider to have it released. I believe use of the pin is required to message other blackberry users for free.

Doh, I got it in the free ads a couple months ago. It's not branded or anything so not sure what network they had it on...seems this could be trickier!

TBH - if you cannot clearly state that teh phone is PIN released then the phones value will be significantly lower than you think.

You say the phone has no network branding, but if you reboot the phone (battery pul) do you get any operator logo on boot-up. If so try calling this operator with the IMEI and PIN information and see if they can verify that it is PIN relaesed. PIN and IMEI info can be found by going into Options Menu then Status.

the only other way to verify it is PIN realsed is by trying to link the IMEI / PIN with a BIS enable account.

bump. I'm not certain it's pin released but willing to listen to offers as if you dont want to use blackberry services it still makes a tidy phone with a nice big screen and text friendly keyboard :)

I'd like closer to £35 so after postage I'll have at least £30. No probs if not for now
