There are a lot of fakes flying about. I wouldn't trust the Amazon marketplace ones. Can you provide a receipt or something similar ensuring your ones are real?

they are 100% real. receipt attached. there is also a hologram with a serial number just above the blue line in my original picture. just that the image quality is quite poor, apologies for that.

If they're brand new, sealed etc and you have this receipt, surely you can just get a refund??

The clue is in the "discount" line, if you buy a sound dock or earphones etc you get a set of headphones or in ears half price, in other words despite the shelf price of £79.99 the OP would have actually paid £40 for them.

However im interested but the most im willing to pay is £50 as I can get them for £60 from work.

Willing to pay by BT

If the OP did indeed pay £40, then your not allowed to pay 50 because that's against the 'profiteering' rule.

So the op bought these with the purpose of making a profit on them then?? Surely thats not allowed here??

Your right phatbear. found this on the website:

Order a pair of BOSE® in-ear headphones for HALF PRICE
For each SoundDock® system, SoundLink™ system, multimedia speaker system or headphones/mobile headset you purchase you can order a pair of BOSE® in-ear headphones for just £39.50 (RRP £79.)

if there's a willing buyer and i'm not selling above RRP, i'm not aware of any rules infringement. if the mods say otherwise, i'll keep it. like i said above, i'll happy to keep it. wait to see what mods say then.

if you bought it for £39.50, you can't sell for more than that:

(10) You must NOT list items for sale at higher than the recommended retail price. The marker of RRP will be determined by cross indexing with Amazon or other well known retailer. Profiteering is NOT permitted and this includes items previously found at a lower price in the 'Deals' or ANY forum here.
* Vouchers available as non transferable or with next to no resale value, such as 0.001p for example and generally available free items etc. must NOT be offered for sale or trade.
