£215 from Tesco Brand New http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.206-3419.aspx
£209 from Amazon Brand New. Click here

I'd be surprised if you get offers on here for around the £160.

Why not just return it if it's as you say?

Yeah but my cousin gave it to me because it came with his macbook...

I'll offer £150 delivered first

no -was no joke - you can buy them for the £200 mark new with a guarantee so not going to pay more than that for one with no reliable/guaranteeable point of sale.... (plus can get discounts from people working in tesco and/or cashback deals/online vouchers etc etc - there's alwys bargains to be had) i simple no thanks would have sufficed! No one's going to pay you more than they can buy one for from a shop!

So it was free....

i think he got 130 pounds off any ipod, so he got the £234 32gb model but had to pay the remaining 104, which i gave him back.

well a i said if it's still for sale i'll buy it for either the £104 as per hukd protocol or the originalk 140 i offered - seeing as you only handed over £104 for it in the first place! let me know on here if you're still sellling

This is classed as a bundle item and can be sold for the original rrp, following the recent rule change

but does that count if they already said they bought it from someone for £104 - surely that then takes away the fact it was a bundle as they would be directly profiting from the sale?

I sold my ipod touch (purchased with macbook with the apple ipod rebate) on here and after some confusion between the mods ASB decided that it was ok to sell it at RRP or below and not just the price after the rebate due to the change in rules re: bundles.
The OP said that he was given it by his cousin so babybutton your point in profiteering is not one that is particularly valid, the number of people who have use the FS/FT to sell unwanted items they have been given will be in the thousands and is not against the rules as far as I am aware.
Also, the ipod touch box will have been opened as to get the rebate you need to get a sticker from inside it so the OP should change the wording in the op, and I suggest uploading some photos with username as well.

Just to clarify, I've double checked this as the item was purchased from a relative who got the rebate offer rather than the OP, but it can still be sold at or below RRP in this case.

OP Could you please upload full size photo's of the actual listed sales item(s) in line with forum rules showing your HUKD User name & the date beside the item(s) before conducting any further negotiations for this item,
(5) Please Post Images including a piece of paper with your user name and date next to the actual items for sale. This helps your sale or trade by showing the condition, establishing validity and also that you have the items in your possession. If you post an eBay image or are unable to post any images, we may pull the listing immediately to request further information.
