Seller should also not try to gain communication away from the thread until a deal has been agreed between interested parties.

It is never a good idea to quote your e-mail address in a public forum (unless it is not going to be used again... for whatever reason).

BFN,

fp.

To comply with the forum rules, all communication about an item for sale must be kept within the original thread until a price is agreed & a deal is reached.

i hardly think 250 is a bad offer , considering u can goto apple shop and buy 1 unlock urself and not even get the contract out

And dont you think a few months down the line they will come after you as you havent signed up to a contract, if you could do this and get away with it wouldnt everyone do tihs to all the mobile phone contracts out there just sign up get the mobile phone and never connect the sim card which comes with the phone

also newer phones after week 45 cant be unlocked at all yet

No - of course they won't "come after you" - apple don't care you are only buying the phone off them not the contrast and O2 have no involvement or any of your details until you activate it, select the contract and enter CC numbers.

Also other phone contracts do not work like this, that is why people do not do it with other mobile phone contracts. In their case the details are given and the contract is activated by the provider prior to the phone being received - you may have to active it it at some level as I believe you do with Orange but the contract is running at this time.
