This is an almost new unitI bought it for a home media centre project but as I dont have time to do anything anymore, its been sitting in the cupboard. I have only used it once just to test it. Its a great unit and can be used for many different things. Great for resilience or speed there are various disk raid configurations to choose from. This was bought new for over £500

It supports gigabit Ethernet connections for speedy access of files/media streams and also has an in-built print server.

It is expandable by adding external drives via USB ports, although at 1TB (thats 1000GB) you would need to have a hell of a lot of data to want to expand this!

You can do all sort of things with this box.

Product Features
1 Terabyte of Storage ideal for straight forward back-up and storage.
RAID support to allow massive volume or fault tolerant RAID 5.
Gigabit Ethernet with Jumbo Frame support ensures speedy delivery of large office files or multimedia streams.
Built-in print server for sharing and managing a USB print on the network.
External USB hard drives expand available network storage as needed cost effectively.
Powerful backup utility - allows easy setup and management of backups to or from the TeraStation and multiple network devices.
Oversized fan allows ultra-silent operation and minimal power consumption.

I do not have the original packaging as it was taking up space. It will come with a cat5 cable USB cable, power cable and a CD which I have put all the relevant manuals, and software from the website.

Shipping/Payment:
Item is rather heavy, so I would prefer for it to be collected from North Londonor I can deliver locally. You are free to come and see it working before you pay, but I guarantee that it is in 100% perfect working order.

I can find out posting costs for anyone that is interested.

Hi,

The item will weigh over 10kg with the packaging...so I think it will cost around £25 to send.

I can do it for £150 - that includes paypal fees and delivery.

I will probably not be back on here till later - but just let me know if you are interested.

Thanks

Hi Dave,

sorry for the delay.

I've been looking around the house for suitable packaging...and boxes with filling will not be sufficient for this...all it takes is one drop from a careless postman and the thing will crash to the ground its so heavy... .it does not take much to damage a hard drive, they are very sensitive.
Where about are you based? can you definitely not collect from north London? I can also deliver if its not too far away…I just don’t trust a courier with this item

Sorry for the inconvenience
