i dont think they would work in all honesty, i would imagine the same model works on the same frequency but this would http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/348333/fs-ft-dray-tek-usb-vigor-n61-wifi-a:)

ok, thanks for the honesty. Any chance of a response to my slightly improved offer on your other thread? :)

They do work with the older comtrend ones, but you need to configure them. I am using them just now. Prob have the bookmark saved if you need the link

what do you mean 'older ones' - i have a new set with my bt vision, being used on my router socket and bt vision box socket. If I get two more can I use them in other areas of the house for an xbox and a pc for example? :?

I use four just now. But I don't use a Bt Vision box. The older ones do not have the plug socket on them. Should work fine though if all 4 are comtrend. They do need to be configured. I can't find the link in my bookmarks but can help you find it if you need help.

Thanks for that - rep added. Yes, I might need some help configuring them if I buy them. Suppose I have to ask the OP if he is interested in my offer first...

Comtrend uses a different standard than normal homeplug kits, so you can't mix n match from other manufacturers (where ordinarily you could)
#13
Thanks again - I have exactly the same ones so should be fine then :)

edit: having seen post below, I'm out!
