This is a PIII 700mhz, 10 Gb laptop comes with a dell branded leather bag, seperate CD and 3.5" drives, two batteries, mains adaptor and a usb wifi connector.

These are small, we're talking 12.1" screen and about 1.7kg

Presently running XP Professional SP3, Office (either 2003 or XP not sure!)

Bad points - batteries are pretty knackered so need replacing. The hinge clip sometimes comes loose but just pushes back on and finally the clip that holds the laptop shut is broken.

you tube video of a similar machine:

These seem to sell for between £60 and £120 on eBay

sorry not a good pic but tricky to get camera to focus on the catch.

Well it's not a rocketship but I think that's due to the fact I haven't put a clean version of XP on for ~3yr and the kids have been using it (d'oh) but it's ok! If you look at the youtube video you can see what kind of speed you can get from a clean install. Kids have been using it mainly for surfing the net and doing their homework - games are a no, no.

No dell install discs

Will wait to see if I get £60. Considering the postage will be @£10 I think you're getting a hell of a laptop for the money.
