  What colour and GB is it please?
  
  I assume from the covers comment there is no damage to it and it all works perfectly as it should?
  
  I'm not familiar with the "replacement" bit, what does that mean?

  Its 8gb silver its practically mint condition as the replacement bit apple are doing a ipod nano replacement program where they exchange the 1st nano for a 6th gen nano it also comes with 90 days warranty as well.
