Also do you know how easy it would be to unlock the phone?
Good point mate, I am not in warwick until end of nxt month, or if you could collect next weekend for £130, thats my last price.

Cant go lower than £130 mate, Considering postal charges of around £5. It cant go so low since I bought from orange e-shop for £179 a week ago. I am also looking for trade offers with ipad 2.

I would have thought you could return it then if it's only a week old. I'll leave my offer as it is and get back to me if you change your mind :) thanks
A quick warning to everyone on HUKD to not enter into a deal with this person as they have caused more hassle than it's worth. I originally brought the phone but sold it on after having it my possession for around 4 hours (I sold it on as soon as I recieved as I didn't need it anymore due to my stolen mobile being recovered)
I didn't check the box as I assumed it would be brand new like mentioned. The person I sold it onto has said the phone was already registered and had fingerprints all over it, therefore not BNIB like stated. The livesound headphones which retail at around £50 were not included in the box as they had been taken out and swapped with a cheaper pair. The phone is clearly not as stated and he has refused to deal with these problems. I was left to refund the buyer a partial refund and ended up losing around £30 on a phone i had for literally 4 hours max.
Please be aware of this seller and avoid negotions at all costs!!!

Sounds a little dodgy how you say you brought a phone then sold it hours later because you recovered your lost phone. Sounds more like you intended to make a profit. If you buy something surely its your responsibility to check the contents before you pass it on? And if it was unopened wouldn't there have been a seal on? Clearly you tried to make a profit but it failed on you..The fact that you paid half payment after you received it makes it even worse.
If i had to buy a item, it wouldn't be either of you

How was I intending to make a profit when I bought it for £130 and sold it on for £120? Look at the facts before getting involved. I paid the rest of the money once it had been tracked as delivered and didn't check my mail box. The box was sealed in 2 places and therefore I assumed all the contents were still brand new. I have the police report if anyone needs to see it to prove that my phone was recovered.
