righto, built this for a client but he pulled out leaving his deposit so i'm not too fussed, i just need to shift it : /

specs:
AMD Phenom BlackEdition 9950 - 2.6ghz (has been overclocked to 3.0ghz stable and stress tested with no problems, can go ALOT further, but i have restored to factory clock)

4GB OCZ Gold edition pc-6400 800mhz QUALITY RAM can't remember the CL timings off byheart, but i haven't tampered with then (already perfect : P )

GA-MA770-DS3 (rev. 1.0) mobo with:
(back panel)
1 x PS/2 keyboard port
1 x PS/2 mouse port
1 x coaxial S/PDIF Out connector
1 x optical S/PDIF Out connector
1 x serial port
8 x USB 2.0/1.1 ports
2 x IEEE 1394a ports
1 x RJ-45 port
6 x audio jacks (Center/Subwoofer Speaker Out/Rear Speaker Out/Side Speaker Out/Line In/Line Out/Microphone)

Motherboard has onboard GIGABIT LAN, supports the phenoms full 5200mt/s giving you BLAZING speed unlike all the cheap builds, this motherboard is a gamers choice (for full spec - http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ClassValue=Motherboard&ProductID=2722&ProductName=GA-MA770-DS3 )

Graphics card is the mind blowing ATI HD 4870 with 512mb of GDDR3 memory, 750mhz clock speed, memory at 1800mhz on a 256-bit interface. card runs amazing silent! i was very suprised. this also can be overclocked but i will leave that for anyone who wants to when you have this much power you dont need to overclock lol

HDD is a WD 500GB 32MB CACHE! 7200rpm SATA, top notch with 32mb cache, not the cheapy 8mb or 16mb in most builds : P

DVD drive is a LG SATA 22x dvd-rw

Case is made by casecom and looks fantastic, has been modded with one 120mm blue LED front Fan, on the rear another 80mm blue LED fan, and on the window another 80mm blue LED fan, there is also 4 cold cathodes (Blue) making the case shine more than barry scotts penny.

power supply is 1050w ( abit overkill, would have done with a 700w, but only the best in this system, so that should you ever need to upgrade anything it will cope)

Has Vista 64-bit installed with all drivers ready to go, fully tested with OCCT among other stress test programs, everything is working at full speed and ready to go, i will accept cash on collection or paypal gift as payment, i live about 10 minuets off bristol near dursley. i will consider any part trades etc, this system cost me almost £1,000 to build, so i think an asking price of £780 is very reasonable

pics will be up in first post in abbouutt.... 20 seconds.. (give or take 10 seconds)
tah x

sypop

To summarise for anyone who's not a tech-mad perfectionist. this system will literally do ANYTHING, there is no game, no application, nothing that this system will not do at the best speed possible:
e.g crysis at top settings (eats other computers alive, but not thisone)
HD video editing etc
- sypop
Shipping/Payment:
paypal or cash on collection, delivery would be about £20 via parcelforce

It's not identical but it's pretty damn close enough, different mobo, better HD, 1GB Graphics card, but still £700 not £780 and definately not £1000.

And I hate to do this but you really shouldn't falsely tell people how amazing a machine is when you know that it isn't really the most up to date thing ever.

I'll give you £400 for it.

I think OP is having people on. This is no way a top spec. The HD is OK. but not nearly big enough and fast enough. Casecom is a make that i have hardly heard of ever, it is certainly not one of the big makes (Lian-LI, Coolermaster, Antec, Silverstone).

And what make is the PSU?

I would advise people to be wary of this.

lol, how'd i know there'd be some idiot who'd do this, i think that £400 is a very low ball offer and after reading through the rules, that's breaking them - and i will report your post.

thankyou for your wonderous input, if youwalked into pc world , bought these items, it would total to over £1000, secondly, the cost of labour, if you cna get the parts from shopping about for £700, GOOD ON YOU FIDO HAVE A BISCUIT. this machine is ready to go, all installed and put together for you. "And I hate to do this but you really shouldn't falsely tell people how amazing a machine is when you know that it isn't really the most up to date thing ever." ermm did my statement of THIS WILL RUN ANY PROGRAM, ANY GAME, IN THE WORLD. sorry, i KNOW that's true :D and so do you, no its not a £2000 computer, hence im not claiming to sell a £2000 computer, this is the best bang for your buck machine you can get, once again, thankyou for yougenerous input to this thread, and i hope the moderators will deal with you r low ball offer correctly

many thanks and have a good day

BIG ENOUGH???? sorry, but unless you're gonna store every movie known to man on there i think 500gb is big enough, my work machine has all my music on it, i've barely used up 20gb, no its not a case that costs £300, good spot *claps* anyone who's stupid enough to spend £150 on a bit of metal is an idiot, or rich. lastly, PSU is made by alpha power it is SLI certified and perfectly silent and powers teh system perfectly

casecom is a very well known make, you should really look into them before saying that, here i'll help ya out www.google.co.uk - use that (ITS REALLY USEFUL)

what do you do for a living son? because how is the hdd not fast enough?? you running 4 SSD's in raid or something? jesus christ, some people really do like to comment on things stupidly :x

"righto, built this for a client but he pulled out leaving his deposit so i'm not too fussed, i just need to shift it : /"

Sorry this is not the place to offer your stock, this is not a place for buisness like items.

"(1) This is for personal trading and selling only. Multi user/connected accounts are NOT permitted in this forum. NO businesses, trader like, businesslike services. NO bulk sales of more than two of the SAME items sold separately or together as a 'lot' within a three month period. NO linking to an external business, eBay/Amazon Marketplace store."

If this isn't the case which it is, then it would be "second hand" So if you can buy better parts for £700 inclusive of VAT, then this is also overpriced, doesn't matter if you have built any monkey in a suit can slot pc's together, and install and operating system its easy to do and to teach someone, this is also in the statement again highlighted in red.

I would advise you sell elsewhere. Fleebay is full of suckers.

The admins will judge you on the above.

It's business, is it not?

looks like you won't be selling this !

no, this is personal, thankyou for your concern. the item is not "stock" as my pc's are built to requirements, i have no stock. this item failed to be sold in my business so it is currently in my house on my desk running a few games. the payment will go to my personal paypal, not business.

it seems i will have to sell on ebay then, it seems nobody is actually interested in the computer, only trying to stop me from selling it and put others off, you're like disease's guys, you just keep trying to ruin peoples threads?? i dont get it, the person who suggested i sold it here said it was full of upstanding people who were kind??

top spec? its the most powerful phenom (excluding thephonem II's with the ridiculous price tag and no NOTICABLE difference) the HDD is more than bloody okay, thats one off the fastest sata drive you can get you idiot, only sata hdd faster than that is a raptor but that vibrates enough to simulate a jet engine taking off for petes sake, casecome is a very well known make, look them up. the power supply is SLI certified made by alphapower it is almost silent as the manufacturer prizes their PSU as the most silent you can buy "the power of silence" is their motto, should be able to find them on google too (www.google.co.uk) the case isnt £150, good spot. because anyu idiot whjo spends £150 on a piece of steel that size is truly messed up, the case is VERY stylish and has been modded to make any of those cases look pathetic  please can people stop giving their opinion when they really dont know anything. i've been building pc's for 3 years, i know what the parts are, i know that they are top notch parts, this system is EXTREMELY fast and anyone who says otherwise needs examining

Processor Very good
RAM Average
Motherboard Below average
Graphics card Very good (although I thought 4870 had GDDR5 not GDDR3
Hard drive Sufficient
Optical drive Average
Case Crap
Power supply Unknown make

Doesn't sound like the ULTIMATE GAMING PC to me. I built a better machine for ~£600 recently. Admittedly, it only has a dual-core processor but you get very little, if any, benefit from a quad-core when gaming; they're more for intensive multitasking (which you shouldn't do during gaming).

And by the way, are you sure that fan in the side of the case is 80mm? Looks like a 52/60mm to me. I may be wrong though and it may be a massive case
#13
Trying to justify your price by using the excuse "its all setup and installed ready to go" doesn't usually cut it on a forum like this. Who hear that bought it wouldnt format the thing anyway? just to install however they're used too? so your install is pointless.

"if youwalked into pc world , bought these items, it would total to over £1000" Yeah because PC world are the cheapest place for parts! That's like me valuing this machine at 3 grand because you couldn't buy the parts in Harrods cheaper!?!

I do agree that Fictorious' offer was too low and for that i agree with you reporting. but if you can buy equal or better parts to ones you're selling here for £700 then I can't see you getting more than £550.

Gamers do their research to get the best bang for their buck. every one of them will do a calculation like Fictorious did before offering you any money.

I am NOT trying to thread spoil at all here, more just advice and of course... a free bump! good luck with the sale

Lots of people would be interested if it was priced reasonably and not being sold via excessive exaggeration and lies.
