what is the HP part number of the DC5800?

Serial Number is CZC91526VQ
Product Number is NA667ET

I had this machine for W7 RC1 testing purposes. When MS released the official OS, I installed W7 Ultimate X64 Edition, played with it (off and on) for a few months, didn't like it, reformatted it to back to a clean build and left it in its box until now. Had to fire it up last week to install latest updates/patches etc.

I am a linux man myself and don't really have any time for Windows but I assure you the unit has had approximately 6 months of (off and on) use, is fully working and in immaculate condition.

Sorry didn't know how to edit the original post to include pictures, therefore I uploaded 5 pictures and hosted them on image shack.

Apologies in advance about the quality, had to take them via the BB.

Yes I like Linux too but still needa windows box for some things

Too big really for me - looking for one of the really small HP DC7900's - and also over my budget :)

BTW is the Win7 fully licenced on this (with COA) otherwise mods will jump on you !!

Yes the Win 7 license is fully licensed. I actually got it for free being a Microsoft partner.

I actually have and use a DC7900SFF at work (now and again). Not bad for it's compact size but not really a manly machine (lacking the beef) if you get what I mean. That said, the DC5800 isn't as big as one would think. If you look at the pictures above, you can see the size of the unit is relatively compact when viewed side-by-side by the LG monitor.

With regards to price, I think it's an excellent bargain if you take into consideration the monitor is brand new and unused. Subtracting the value of the monitor would take the value of the £600 base down by half.

Thanks for your interest though mate.

For any more pictures, please let me know. I have a few more.
monitor seperatly?
Few people already asked me that but I'd like to sell it with the desktop. Am prepared to negotiate on price for the total package but not on each individual item.
Defo no to separating? I could probably collect.
How much you offering for the monitor?
£75 collected? I think really you're meant to offer a price, but the offer is there anyway!

What half price for a brand new monitor?

The minimum I will take is £120 collected.
Sorry missed the brand new bit (not sure how!), I was going for a price using your £900 > £450 reduction, but that wasn't accounting for it being brand new.

Way out of my price range I'm afraid - good luck with the sale.
No problem mate. Thanks for your interest.
Reduced to £400.00
