How old is the laptop? still in warranty?

when you say it continually restarts, does it load and after a few minutes do it, or does it not even fully load?

has anything been spilt on it/ has it been dropped ever?

Hi, I think it's around 3 years old. No longer in warranty :(

It loads then sometimes does it, I've been told by a friend its BSOD not sure though.

Never been dropped/split anything on it.

Hi, I don't think I have the COA. I downloaded it from Microsoft's store and got my friend to put it on?

I can restore it back to windows vista if you wish and take a picture of the coa on the bottom?

I can provide you a picture of the Windows Vista COA and put Windows Vista on it?

My friend said Microsoft don't provide COA's if you download it from Microsoft's store :(

He said I should download Microsoft Security Essentials and show them it passes the genuine check on there?

Ok.thanks for the reply, you may carry on with sale as long as it its restored and COA provided ,if selling with windows Vista. Thanks

Unfortunately, there is so many hacked versions available online, that unless it has a paper/sticker COA for the OS that's on the machine, it's impossible to tell a legit one from one that isn't.

Will have a think about the offer. Can't provide the win7 disc and serial as mods will ban me! :P

Edit: Would you accept £75 with Vista? Delivery is quite expensive!

Cheers
