Looking to sell the backbone of my current rig and either upgrade or give the remains to the household for everyday use. All of the components can come with invoices if needed/wanted. I have had them for about a year and a half, used irregularly in that period and always looked after thoroughly.

Intel E8500 45nm CPU @ 3.16Ghz - £90

Has had a Thermalright True Black heatsink on it since it was first used to keep it ultra cool. Mildly overclocked for the best part of an hour (did this for testing purposes only, never needed to do it since) - no voltages were ever changed. Great little CPU that I know can overclock a lot further than what I briefly achieved. Boxed with everything included.

Asus P5Q Pro Motherboard - £65

Again, taken good care of, all manuals and boxes present. Not a lot else to say apart from a great accompliment to the CPU if you want to overclock or just have a nice, sturdy rig going.

XpertVision/Palit ATi 4870 1GB Sonic Ed. GPU - £70

Never overclocked, used as stock. Sonic Edition includes Dual BIOS which boosts performance of the card. It also has dual fans that are quieter than reference models.

4GB (2 x 2GB sticks) Kingston HyperX DDR2 1066Mhz RAM - £40

Never failed me. Nice, quick RAM for the price. Timings are stocked at 5-5-5-15.

All prices are picked up locally, if you would prefer delivery then I can source some carriage at a fairly low cost. No silly offers please.

Can split although I would prefer to sell as a bundle.

eBay ID for reference: homebird65 - 100% positive

It is indeed. If you're interested, I could package it with the Thermalright True Black heatsink too for a little extra?

At the moment I'm gonna stick to the asking price, although I would send the RAM out to you for £40 inclusive of P&P if you'd like to take it?

That depends on how much extra :P

What are the idle and load temperatures like with it?

£55 delivered for the GPU? It's my best offer. Currently after a GPU as my 8800GT just broke.

I'm not too keen to sell it seeing as I know someone else who may want it so it's up to you if you'd like it Seric! Probably somewhere in the region of £20 I'd ask for though, ballpark. I've just done a quick 20 minute test with Orthos and CoreTemp and idle the core temps are at 32~36 and 35~39, then under full load they were at 48~52 and 50~54 (bear in mind it's a warm day in Notts here too!)

Darryl at this particular moment I'd be willing to accept £67.50 delivered, really - £65 for the card and then just a little to cover the postage, which could come up more, I haven't checked yet.

I think I'll leave the fan - I've got a arctic freezer 7 pro at the moment which is synced to all my case fans so I'd probably be a fool to switch out, plus if you have a friend what wants it then it works out best for both of us :]

As for the CPU - £80 delivered?

Yeah - I've requested a message from his eBay account to gain a little more assurance given the 0 feedback here. Thanks for your concern.

Really sorry - I'm going to have to withdraw my offer - I've just been offered another processor by a friend for free.

Sorry.
