Needs no introduction really...

Apple iPhone 3G 8GB, boxed and in very good condition.

Kept in an Incipio case from the day it left the box. Had to take the front aspect photo on a slant to get the very very fine scratches on the front to show up. Not really visible at a glance.

I have priced this to sell at this price. Phone is mint. I see others go on here for the same or more that are in no way the same condition as this.

That's not true, please point me to one other iPhone that has actually Sold at that price, the going rate seems to be around £200-210. (As people tend to buy them on ebay for between £200-£250 Brand New!)

True. I'll Offer £210, let me know

PS any warranty and how old is the phone? Confirm that you have all accessories including the case.

Is it unlocked? Jailbroken? Whats the latests firmware on it?

Sorry but theres not much to go on in your description.

All accessories included - NO CASE (Apple don't sell it with one)

Unlocked as mentioned previously.

Never Jailbroken.

Warranty - I bought this on insurance April 24th 2009 so warranty has expired.

Firmware is the very latest.

Thanks

Anyway... This site has been more than kind to me.

If you want it for £210 + Delivery then the iPhone is yours.

Deal?

Any reason for me sending first. I have sold iPhones and other phones on here in the past and never had to send first. Will happily except your price though

It's purely down to having very little feedback to be send £200+ to. It's nothing personal. I bought another phone the other day from here and they also had low feedback. You can see from my feedback I paid the same day it arrived.

Hey... It's not about me dumping your offer over £2

All is fair in love and war and 100% feedback for higher value goods has swung it.

Apologies if you feel I have let you down.

I'm still interested but can't pick up for cash any more (was free over the weekend). I'm off work tomorrow (waiting for some stuff to be picked up) so I have to stick with my original offer. £215 delivered and you'll need to send it today so I can sign for it tomorrow, when I'm off.

No worries. Can you bank transfer the money today? If so, PM address details and I'll do same with bank details.

Yes.

Yes.

Sounds good. Can you do one small thing for me (just for my piece of mind). Can you PM a photo of the address part of a utility bill with your username written on it. I found this a good way of proving where someone lives when sending money to a stranger.

Assuming you're happy with that, PM it over with you BT details and I'll make the transfer and rpely with my address details.

Sending you my address and my bank details doesn't fill me with joy as I have been on the unfortunate side of identity theft before.

Can you not PM someone I have dealt with before?

The recommended practice on here is to exchange address and phone details whenever buying anything. It's also a fair amount of money to send to a stranger who's address I don't have. Let me check what I've got in Paypal at the mo. Then maybe I can do the first chunk from there and you'd only need to give me you paypal address and home address.

Cool. Sorry to be a pain but last time I got rinsed for over £4k and it took a while to get back. Obviously not insinuating that you're gonna try and do it but once bitten, twice shy.

I understand. Just checked Paypal and there's only about a £10 in there (the wife has access to it and likes to buy 'stuff'). I could do it as standard PP Payment, but that will end up costing a fee.

Yeah. If you're happy to. Can we go close to 11 than 9 though. As we have a 4 month old in the flat and it's generally chaos between 7 and about 10!
