3rd gen black 8gb ipod nano, no accessories included just ipod. condition about 7/10

slight fault is that it somtimes freezes and needs resetting, also when syncing to the computer it needs reseting before it will connect.

resetting=holding middle button and menu button for 10 seconds until it restarts.

all this could be cured with a "restore" but i haven't done this as i have almost 8gb music on it and syncing all that usually crashes my laptop!

I could do 20 delivered, because of the "slight" software fault.

LOL, no thanks.

Just read that the problem can be solved with restoring.
Will you restore it before you send it out?
Or will send the device with all your music?

just my 2cents: When I had that slight fault it wasn't software, it was hardware and has now become a major fault.

Thats what I am concerned, but its 50-50 as I googled around most of the cases a restore or upgrade solves the issue.

just did a restore, didnt put my entire music collection on the ipod just a few albums to test it. it seems to have fixed the connecting to the computer problem.

EDIT: now longer for sale, as i cant be sure if its faulty or not without testing it for a few days.
