Trade dispute/query. Thread open.

PM received from Buyer claiming item will not work on windows,he was advised to try reformatting as I used it on OSX.

Further claim made that item was a fake,proof of authenticity sent to buyer via by PM.

Buyer asked for a refund which I have not agreed to.

Hi,

I have managed to get it working. The disk showed a corrupted GPT table but I managed to get a program which recreated the partitions. The normal programs in Win/Linux can only format/resize existing partitions on USB drives. Just testing the drive so I'll leave feedback shortly.

The drive seems to be working fine now. I've tested the full capacity and h2testw no longer assesses it as fake so I'm happy to close the dispute. Have left feedback.
