This is a very rare router as anybody interested should know. I used this router in my second year of University in my halls to get wireless from the single connection in my room. It can be used in many other ways which I never got around to doing for e.g. Client Bridge Mode. You can read more here:
http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/LaFonera
http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Tutorials

The box includes:

La Fonera Router Model FON2100C with DD-WRT v24 RC-5 (11/23/07) std - Build 8426M (Which can be upgraded, tutorial is on the site above)
Flat Ethernet Cable (Not pictured in box as it is at university, but will include it before sending out)
AC Power Supply
Manual
CD-Rom

Open to offers.

buyers should look @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FON

People can become members (called “Foneros”) by agreeing to let FON share their wireless Internet connection. Members need to purchase a low-cost wireless router (called a “Fonera”), which acts as a public Internet access point (called a "FON Spot"); the device also creates a private network that can be used by the owner only. FON members can use any other FON access points free of charge. The Fonera 2.0 WiFi router has additional firmware and a USB port that allow it to also function like a networking hub.

Customers who do not share their Internet connection (called “Aliens”) can buy Internet access passes or prepaid WiFi from FON for a fee. FON members whose access points are used by a paying customer receive part of the revenue.

This is what it would have done, but if you read correctly, I did mention that it has DD-WRT firmware on there.

There is a selling price as you can buy them from the FON website for 30 euros. Although as they have been handed out for free at some point the OP would have to prove the price they paid to satisfy the rules.
