I have got this new MacBook 2.1Ghz, literally brand new, never ever turned on before, I only opened the box to take photo. This Macbook has SuperDrive

I have this as my whole year saving through my local Christmas Saving club. Just got delivered last week. So I don't have an official receipt from Apple. And I already got a MacBook 2.4ghz so I don't need this anymore.

RRp is £704. I will only asking for £510 local pick up or £530 delivery. As I just want to help if someone needs a Mac and can't be arsed to pay £704. That's is why we are on HUKD. SO NO SILLY OFFERS PLEASE.

If no one interested, I will just bring it to my CEX for some trade in.
Shipping/Payment:
I will accept LOCAL PICK UP in Manchester. Or BT transfer, I will provide all the ID you need just to assure you, even photocopy of my driving license. I won't accept Paypal as Paypal will charge too much fees on it. Or I will if you pay the fees at your end.

Delivery will be made same day via ParcelForce 24, will insured up to £500. And guaranteed delivery before Xmas.

Yeah thanks, as I don't want to overprice for anyone who really wants a Mac. As i think £500 is reasonable.

The correct specs and model is this one here, as MacBook doesn't really a model.

http://store.apple.com/uk/browse/home/shop_mac/family/macbook

And I won't take £500 delivered, I will do £512 delivered at lowest, as cost £11.99 to send via ParcelForce 24.

Regarding the receipt, as I stated I had this as a result from Xmas saving. But I am sure you can buy a 3 yr AppleCare for this MacBook for less than £60 I think.

You can't - only at the time of purchase, afterwards it's £195.

Contents insurance would cover accidental damage.
#21
If your contents insurance covers accidental damage, that is. It seems to cost a fair bit more. =/

Hi heovang, thanks for responding. I asked about the model because you state it has 2GB of ram and the one on apple has 1 GB. Theres some white macbooks that you can only upgrade to 2GB ram and not 4GB. I just wanted to know if the laptop could be upgraded to 2 or 4 ram. Also there must be some documents or something to prove the date you received the laptop to mark the start of the warranty? Thanks
#25
I think this laptop will be able to upgrade to 4Gb as this is the latest before they brought out the new MacBook with No Firewire. what a shame..lol

Yeah, I can get a copy from my Xmas club agent, I think so.

OP, visit the link below and type in the serial number. It will tell you exactly how long the remaining warranty is (then you can let everyone know)
