Royal Mail 1st class delivery would be £4.90, so could do for £14.80 delivered.

Sorry only just seen this post! The manicure set would put the parcel over the 2Kg limit, so postage via standard parcels would increase to £7.62
So could do all 4 items for £25 delivered
