Micro ATX Desktop PC in Thermaltake LAN Box Case, used but not very much in fact so little there is no dust inside it or around any of the fans or heatsinks, everything that came in a box still has a box there is a few very light scratches but they are hardly visible. I started buying bit and bobs when I could afford so it has taken about 2 years to fully complete but I never use it so its sat in the wardrobe for the past 6 months hence the sale it is supplies with a beta copy of Windows 7 (plus the licence code) which will obviously expire soon (March I think) but it will give you a chance to get it on and test it etc.

Don't really want to split but will as a last resort and if I can sell virtually everything, as I said before if it came in a box I have got it.

Looking for £300 but I am open to offers, however given all the parts £300 seems a reasonable price even at current component prices.

Delivery may be a little tricky due to the part namely the coolers, I would not really be happy shipping it via a courier service so will either have to deliver it my self or arrange a pickup, I am located in Stoke-on-Trent but could stretch to Cheshire, PM me for further details.

Payment either via cash or Paypal gift.

If items are split then we will need to agree price and delivery (via courier) and payment via Paypal.

Yes I know unfortunatly I was a bit short of cash when I got the CPU but that one has a 10x multiplier so can be overclocked quite substantially apparently although please note I have have overclocked it.

The mobo is also pretty good and supports up to quad core CPUs plus the cooler would handle a quad core no worries so drop one in and it would be good to go.

I should also add the fans are currently undervolted via Zalman resistors.

I am open to offers but £250 is too low
#13

Unfortunaly I can't no matter how I pack it if it gets dropped or knocked the coolers may cause damage to themselves or worse the mobo. I am not willing to take the risk for my or the buyes sake.
#15
ok any chance you can sell without the coolers? or package them seperately?

ok any chance you can sell without the coolers? or package them seperately?

I will have to have a look tonight when I get in from work to see if that is a possibility if it is postage would be high due to the weight (off the top of my head its at least 10kgs which is £25 to post) so I would need to have a look at the price, I don't want to commit now without knowing the exact postage price.
#17
ok thats fine let me know cheers
#18
I have had a look and to post I would have to remove the graphics card, wifi card, CPU cooler and 750GB hard drive in the Zalman cooler. I would also have to remove, clean then replace the CPU to stop thermal paste getting anywhere.

I have also weighed it and just the computer comes to 15kg so with packing and boxes its going to be over 20kg so will cost over £30 to post with £300 insurance.

I would post but I couldn't do it for less than £310 and more importantly I couldn't offer any kind of guaranty it it arrives broken then it will up to you to claim from Parcel Force, also if it was damaged during reassembling it then again it would be up to you to fix it. I wouldn't usually do this but just due to the nature of it and the nature of Parcel Force I would rather say it now than have problems later.

Anyway let me know what you think.

ok i think ill leave it then thanks

Ok no worries

are you willing to split yet? if so ill take the
Thermaltake LAN Box Case VF1000BWS
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180
Gigabyte G33M-DS2R Motherboard
4GB (4 x 1GB) Corsair CM2 PC2-5300
Corsair 520W modular power supply
3 x 500GB SATA Western Digital Hard Drives

If you want that much I will split but postage will still be about £30 so I would do it for the £270 you originally offered delivered that way I get £240 plus a 740gb hd, graphics card and DVDRW to sell to make it up to £300. If you want for £270 I will also leave all the fans and cables bar ones for the drives I am taking out, plus the Sunbeam fan power adapter and Zalman resistors, and Acusti gaskets and mounts plus I will clean the cpu and put some thermal paste in too for use with your cooler.

When shipping I would take the components out to ensure they don't get damaged in transit so you would need to put them back together.
#23
ok would you be happy if i paid you a deposit now then pay the rest on the 30th? and you can send once you have recieved the full amount, as i currently dont have the funds lol
#24
Yes of course no problem at all it will give me a bit of time to get it all packaged up, what kind of deposit were you thinking?
#25
how about £50ppg

With no insurance and a lottery on how DHL (or which ever courier they are using now) treat the item, no thanks, at least with Parcel Force its easy to claim and I know who I am dealing with.
#29
yeh go ahead, i was thinking if its gonna cost me £270 then i might as well go for the whole lot at £310 if you package it up well it should be fine i have bought pcs from this site and never had any problems and if you use parcel 2 go its cheaper

Yes thats fine, I know it should be alright but I am being a little cautious due to the nature of the item, I would rather make less money and have it arrive in one piece and if it doesn't have one company to go to with a claim than save maybe £10 or so and now know who to go to or have any kind or reliable tracking. I have used Parcel2Go frequently and they are great for low value heavy items that are not fragile but for stuff like this Parcel Force is the only way to go. Also dont forget the price quoted at Parcel2Go only inclused insurance up to £50 this needs insurance of £300.
#31
Oh I forgot to say I will still put in the bits and bobs as I said I would before plus I think I have a few spares fans etc. so will throw all that in too.

Anyway if we are both happy I will PM my details and payment details.
#32
yeh so 310 final? and i will pay £50 deposit now
#33
Yes £310 final including postage (insured up to £300) via PPG with deposit of £50 then the remainder on 30th I will then post the PC which will be partially dissasembled to ensure save transit.
#34
ok pm me then mate
