I've just bought a new PC which came with an Inno3D 8800 Ultra graphics card. However, this card is far too good for my requirements so I have decided to sell it. This is a fantastic graphics card which has only been used to test my machine and has never been overclocked.

- Product: Inno3D Geforce 8800 Ultra
- Chipset: Geforce 8800
- Memory: 768MB GDDR3
- Core Frequency: 612MHz
- Memory Frequency: 2160MHz
- Interface: PCI-Express
- Memory Bus: 384-bit
- Stream Processors: 128
- Max. Resolution: 2560 x 1600
- SLI Ready: Yes
- Output: 1. Dual-Link DVI / 2. HDTV
- HDCP: Yes

As the PC was custom built I received all the boxes for the components, so I can send the card out in the original retail box. Unfortunately I didn't receive a manual or any software, but it's pretty simple to install and the drivers can be downloaded directly from NVidia or Inno3D.

Amazon have this for http://www.amazon.co.uk/768MB-NVidia-Inno3D-GeForce-384-Bit/dp/B000VKQDUU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1195667782&sr=1-2 £446.50 . I'm now selling this for £390 including postage .

I will include a DVI - VGA adapter and I can also include a DVI to HDMI cable for an extra tenner if required.

Kinda off-topic but I think your Arctic freezer heatsink is the wrong way around. Have a look at the instructions that came with it.

Is that the CPU heatsink/fan? I don't have instructions as it came preinstalled with the system, but thanks for the advice I'll take it off and have a look at it.
DONT TAKE IT OFF!! there is nothing wrong with that, it is perfectly fine, if it was upside down it wouldnt work trust me, dont mess with it,if you take it off you will need to re paste it IMO.

The fan should be nearer to the front of the case, pushing air through the metal bits and out the back.
depands if the fan is stucking not blowing, it does depand who fitted or did the sytem built.

ah sorry i thought you were talking about the vga cooler, yes i have a freezer 7 and it is pointing the otherway but my exhaust fan is behind it, depends o nthe way the system was built but 99% are the other way so i would check it out just in cases assesof fire isright sorry mate.
Done a bit of research and it looks like you guys are right, it should be the other way round as my exhaust fan is directly behind. This pic is from the artic website:

So it sucks in the air and blows it across the heatsink. The way I have it at the moment means it is blowing the air towards the front of the case.

I may leave for the time being as I don't have any thermal paste, but cheers for the advice - much appreciated!
I made the same mistake when I got mine, but the paste was OK even after changing it around.
I'm open to (good) offers on this!
Price dropped to £390 posted - mods please can you update the thread title, thanks.
Is this warrantied?
It says it has 2 years on the box, but I don't have a receipt.
fair bit of dust on it for a 'tested' card

Are you serious?! This is what a dusty PC looks like!...

I bought the PC new a few weeks ago and took the photos the following week. The card was left in so that I could give the PC a try so that's where the dust is from. Also, I presume the guy who built it had it running in order to check everything...
Mods please close - looking to sell elsewhere. Thanks.
