FS: Nintendo DS Lite Black - Mint £78.00

Got for sale a black nintendo ds lite that I recently swapped with elmore on here. DS is in next to mint condition, barely a mark on it (bar finger prints).

It had a screen protector which was worn so I have removed this so the next person could add one.

Console is boxed with Spare stylus and charger.

I'm based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Would want all the money up front as I have plenty of feedback on these forums and have swapped items such as an iphone and xbox 360 previously so it's not like I am a new member :) Also have 350 feedback on ebay.

I am going to wait for JR to return from suspension to confirm if he is still interested.

I'm afraid if he does not want it then I would still stick to my £72.50 price tag.

Would you be interested in a trade? I have a white PSP1000 with updated 5.01 m33-6 custom firmware on. I had an NDS but it broke so I sold it off here (can check if you want), then bought myself a PSP just to miss my old NDS. Comes with 1gb memory card, charger, and usb connector.

Will post pics if you want. Just PM me back if you're interested, cheers.

Just to keep this updated.

I have received a Paypal reversal for this item. It states that the bank is disputing the direct debit instruction. I have requested information from James as to the state of play here. If I do not get a response by PM I will be contacting by telephone on the numbers provided. If that fails I will be contacting via postal address that item was sent to special delivery.

Check with The Royal Mail that the delivery was signed for & ask for the name of the person who signed for it. If you need to make a PayPal claim then they will ask for these details, probably in hardcopy by facsimile transmission, if the online "Track'n'Trace" site does not report that the item was delivered & signed for.

However, as you have done, don't assume the worst situation. I had a similar incident recently & it transpired that the bank account that funded the PayPal account of my buyer had messed up their transaction & the funds were not transferred as expected. A couple of "PM" exchanges later, the issue was resolved.

But, yes, a note to all trading parties; always follow the "FS/FT advice" provided & as a seller gain as much detail about a buyer as you can. And vice versa.

I hope the PayPal transaction was not using the "as gift" option. If it was, then I am sorry to add to your woes, but you will have very little (or no) comeback. PayPal will not help.

The "as gift" option saves on fees, but offers no protection.

Hope it works out for you though. Good luck.

BFN,

fp.
