Does this have the orange or voda logo anywhere? Could you try an O2 sim please?

Also, seeing as I would have to buy a new fascia, I'd be interested but not at asking. Also, I don't need anything other than the phone and charger if that will result in a decent price drop, you could sell the other stuff I guess.

With all that in mind, would you accept £20?

I've checked the box and nowhere does it say a network, i dont have a 02 sim to check with either but I've never known a phone to just do Orange and Vodaphone.
Regarding price, i would meet you in the middle at £25 delivered. I've made the same mistake in my other thread as i was charging extra for postage and would ideally like to sell as a package. LMK, cheers Rob.

Would you accept £20 paypal gift just for the phone on its own?

If you could throw in a new fascia, I would agree at £25 - can pay BT to avoid fees too.

I would like you to check with an O2 sim though.

LMK.

I cant throw in what i havnt got, and the phone itself is in perfect working order so for £25 all in its a bargain. I'll wait to see if i get £25 for the lot before deciding on seperating.

Rob, if you can get a fascia for me and throw it in, or drop the price to say, £22 to allow me £3 to get a new fascia, then deal.

I don't need any o2 sims, thanks anyway Wasim.

Just need the phone, charger and will have to buy a new fascia.

Rob, if you're interested please let me know ASAP, else I'll have to look elsewhere.

Thanks.

I had agreed a sale with werty but he's not paid so I'm happy to sell to you for £22 all in. Is paypal ok?
#18
PayPal is fine but I don't want to pay any fees! Hopefully it allows me to pay via a method with no fees, otherwise is BT ok?

Werty's just contacted me and still intends to pay at 5pm. So hold off the payment AV.

This is ridiculous. Mods, can you sort this. He reneged on the deal with werty due to lack of communication and then dealt with me and now is changing his mind. I made arrangements based on this deal!

Rob, the right thing to do is refund werty and deal with me as promised. I am really annoyed at this, this is pathetic - for £3.

You've accepted as AV1985 states above, so should in fact be dealing with him.

Honestly i hold my hands up and say this complete sale has been a shambles which i accept full responsibility for.

From my feedback you can see I've never had any problems before and my sole reason for being out of character is 'desparation'. Today i received the news that my company has gone into administration and its very unlikely I'm getting paid this month.

Initially i agreed a sale with Werty and was very impatient in regards to him replying to my PM's and for him to pay. I then offered the phone back up for sale and agreed a sale with AV1985 on the basis it was paid by paypal. This caused a few problems as AV1985 didnt want to incur fees and asked about BT. At this point Werty contacted me and said he would pay via paypal at 5PM. As AV1985 hadnt paid by paypal i contacted him to say the deal was off.

Unfortunately AV1985 the phone has been posted as Werty paid at 4.40PM.

Rayman - I would appreciate a little leniancy if possible. :)

I would like action taken for this. I was about to pay and confirmed a deal and have made arrangements for this phone. This is pathetic, simply going for the highest bidder and then reneging on any deal.

Rob PMed me with his PayPal and to say to pay £21. Rob says he wants leniency but he should NEVER have posted the phone off without this being sorted. He should've sat on the payment or the right thing - refunded it.

I would like a mod to take action on this as I am really angry, this is well out of order. If it was me, there'd be a ban! This is one of the worst forum etiquettes, to not deal properly and to go with the highest bidder.

It would have made sense to wait until the issue was resolved before sending off the phone, as above.
