how old is the phone?? and are u open to offers??
The phone is a couple of months old, it was an upgrade and I've hardly used it, so thats why its for sale.

I am open to offers, but one sold here just on Friday for £115 and mines MINT condition with all accessories including a memory card, TV out cables and I've still got the box.

Wow that is cheap.
i'll offer £110 if you are interested
I'd be willing to pay £115 if the phone is still for sale.
I'll pay the asking price on providing some pics
Consider this item sold :)
£125 offered
Sorry, the asking price is £120. I've offered it, so the phone is mine ;-)
Sorry 'bout that. It isn't an auction ya know.
Scribbles - this thread is an invitation to treat - you made an offer, which has not yet been acepted. There is not yet a contract. I'm going to remove a few posts above to keep this thread on track.

OK, thanks emma. I never said that it wasn't an invitation to treat, merely that as the person who has offered the asking price I am entitled to first refusal on the item without being gazzumped :whistling:
Anyway, i'll wait for a reply from the OP. He asked £120, and I offer it with immediate payment after seeing the promised pics, so I assume the sale is complete. If pet3r has any questions, then he is welcome to reply :)
I'm on a 3g data card atm, so i'll be back later when my proper broadband comes back up. It's down right now.
so I assume the sale is complete

Sorry scribbles, but that's jsut not the way offer and acceptance works. If he does not want to sell this item to you, he does not have to. As you say, it's up to him to reply. The sale will be a contract once he communicates acceptance of your offer.
Why would he not want to sell to me? I offered exactly what he asked for the item. Sorry, I mean no disrespect to the mods here, you do a great job.
I merely want to put it on record that i've done nothing wrong here. pet3r asked £120, I accepted that offer (his offer, not mine), fatony tried to outbid me, which I thought to be rather unsporting on his part. I thought, quite rightly, that the full asking price secures the item. Why wouldn't it?
Since then, everyone seems to be on my case? Go figure.
I'm still on the 3G datacard, last night's storm seems to have killed my ISP LOL I'm still tuning in to the thread for replies though.
Sorry for not replying,

Scribbles, i will accept your offer and Fatony can have it if you drop out.

I will get some pics taken now and get them uploaded.

I would like the payment to be made by Bank Transfer or a Cheque, the item will be sent as soon as the funds have cleared in my account.

There is only one small mark on the phone, as pictured
Please email me your bank details to the address I PM'd you and i'll pay the money tomorrow. Thanks :)
I'll make the payment as soon as you supply your bank details :)
Thanks. It's 15:20 Tues at the moment, and I still have no home broadband but have access to my data card and my email via phone. If you want tp PM me the details instead, i'll pop back at about 7pm to check. I have purchased one of those 3 modem thingies, so i'll be on tommorrow regardless :)
£10pm for 1gb of 3g data is outstanding IMO, 1p per mb, 33mb per day for emergencies hehehe
PM Sent re. Payment
Cool. Thanks.
Payment made, cypm. Thanks.
Is this now posted pet3r?
Yeah, posted it today via. RM SD

Magic :)
You got it yet?
Yep, received it today. But the USB data cable and Nokia PC Suite disc doesn't appear to be in the pack? I can't connect it to my PC without the data cable. Also, sorry to be brutally honest, but ... "mint"? ... hmmmm.
There is a scratch at the top of the screen and the lens cover just falls off when attached. I'm kinda pleased with it as the N93 is a nice phone, and the missing software disc isn't really a problem. But the missing data cable is, as you said it came with "all accessories". Can you get back to me about it, thanks.
I've had a look around for the USB cable, but can't find it, I've never needed to use it as I have bluetooth on my PC so I would have assumed it was still in the box.
IMHO it was mint condition, the only mark on the phone was pictured multiple times.
I'll give you that the mark on the screen is not visible when in clamshell mode, being as it runs absolutely parallel to the Contacts icon on the left of the screen. But it is very visible in landscape mode.
But that as an aside, it's the CA-53 data cable that I am more concerned about really. It costs about £15 to buy a new genuine Nokia one and I don't really wanna spend out on it, when it should be in the box. Can you do anything for me?
I'm sorry about the USB cable, you were willing to pay £125 for the phone which I could have accepted.
Also you can get a bluetooth dongle for ~£5.

I only offered to match £125 as I didn't want to get to lose the sale to an opportunist, but that is irrelevant really isn't it? I promptly paid the full asking price of £120 on the assumption that it was "with all accessories" (yep, that is a quote)
I accept that you can buy a bluetooth dongle for £5, but I don't see what that has to do with the fact that the CA-53 cable is missing?
Sorry, but I don't really want to make a thing of it. Life's too short. So what about you refund me a fiver so I can go and buy one of these bluetooth thingies that you say are available for that price? I think that is reasonable being that a genuine cable costs £15. Even allowing for the fact that you could have gone with £125 ... if you want to use the £125 as a bargaining point ... i've saved a fiver and lost £15, so how about you simply meet me half way and refund me a fiver? It's not the end of the world surely?
The bluetooth dongles can be a pain in the **** to get up and running and use so you might be better off with the standard datacable which you can get off Ebay for less than a fiver.
I take it that the lack of a reply means that you are not willing to refund me the cost of the missing CA-53 data cable then?
