Only 75p each

You can collect from Nottingham NG9 or I can post best method is Standard Parcels as this brings down the average end price for each book

For example I can package books to a maximum of 2kg weight for £4.20 depending on which books you choose youll be looking at approx 7-10 books so if I can get 10 in then it works out an average of 1.17 per book, 7 books works out £1.35 per book.

All are in good to excellent condition, full list in next post so its easier to edit
Shipping/Payment:
Payment via Paypal buyer pays fees or gift payment or cash on collection

Nothing for me there, but can heartily recommend the Garth Nix books - an excellent trilogy... should suit fans of His Dark Materials, Harry Potter, Shadowmancer, etc.

Good luck with your sale
#3
How much for the 3 David Baldacci books and also just The Camel Club on its own please?

Don't think any of them are the sloppy kind, most are gore, thriller, detective type with a few being fantasy.

Paul Carson - Scapel plus Val McDermid - The Mermaids are Singing & The Wire in the Blood might be what you're looking for - I've not read most of the books listed (too busy with playing DS games to read!) it's my other half that reads them so I will ask him when he gets back.

I'd second that although I don't have the books, the TV series is excellent

Would you be willing to post to France?

I'd take all the Robert Goddard books for £8 plus postage (need the weight to work out the price). Pay by paypal or if you would prefer i could do a BT so you don't have to worry about tracking/proof of delivery. i have ebay feedback if you would like to check me out?

Why do you want it posted to France if you're located in London/Leceister?
#14
If anyone wants some great detective reads then i would wholeheartedly recommend the Michael Connelly books, they are really good and if you are into Rebus at all then these are an American equivalent!
#15
I lived in London till last week, and home (with parents) is Leicester. I am now in Paris working for 6 months to learn French for a year out. An WHSmiths in Paris is charging me E13 a paperback and i read them in two days so it's an expensive habit!
#16
Ahhh fair enough. Enjoy your stay in France1

I can post to France no problem - I will just get them weighed to sort out postage costs

Weight is approx 2900g - checking on Royal Mail for a price to France it is giving me - Airmail Printed Papers £15.26 - plus the £8 for the books you'd be looking at £23.26 for all the Robert Goddard books.

I would prefer payment by BT

Up to you if you're happy with that, then I'm happy to send to you :)
#19
£23.26 is fine. If you PM me you bank details i'll get the money sent. I'll PM you my address

Yep I counted 43 as well, I could sell the books for £30 which means I'm getting 70p per book, I know it's not much of a discount off 75p but please bear in mind we paid over £4.99 for each book.

Never used a courier service before, so don't know how they operate - basically I'm not able to be in one place all day (school run, work part-time) so unless there's a courier service that collects late afternoon/evenings I doubt this is an option for me - if you know of any couriers that do collect late afternoon/evenings then I will gladly look in to it.

weight for all 9 books is 2182g so it would be £6.85 plus £6.75 for the books so total is £13.60

If you want to reduce to below 2000g it would be £4.20 postage plus price of books, think it would mean taking out 1 book, 2 at the most.

Ok postage charges....

It weighs approx 13 kg so Royal Mail Standard Parcels is £14.26
plus £30 for the 43 books, plus a £1 for the packing materials I will have to buy

Total amount £45.26 which when you look at it, it works out at £1.05 per book

Would accept payment by Bank Transfer or paypal "gift" only - I don't want to have to pay fees on that amount!

Are you still interested in the Deaver books LFC Muppet?

I've had a thought re postage - I can get 8 in a postal bag for just under 2kg making that £4.20 & 1 on it's own 2nd class for £1.63 which would make postage total £5.83 plus £6.75 for the 9 books is a total of £12.58 delivered
