My brother got a new PC build for Christmas and I am selling his old PC to make a little bit of money back on the money spent on the new one.

The spec is:
Intel Pentium 4 D 945 @ 3.4Ghz
Asus P5VDC-X Motherboard, which supports AGP + PCI-E, DDR1 + DDR2.
2 x 512mb (1GB) DDR2 Ram
Nvidia Geforce 6800GT 256mb PCI-E
NO optical drive (he kept his)
NO hard drive (for security reasons and he kept these)

Its in a blue case which has a temperature monitor on the front, and a side window and has two blue lights inside along with a blue lit front.

The case has a few minor marks on it but nothing major. Although one word of warning is it is quite a noisy PC and I'd probably recommend not having all the fans on or replacing them.

It plays CSS fine, my brother was playing it on 1680x1050 with everything on high other then shadows and with no hdr, no AA and no filtering. So obviously a lower resolution monitor you could turn them up if you wanted too.

I am looking for around the £95 including courier delivery.
If you wish to collect its from Littlehampton, West Sussex and will knock £10 off as it saves the hassle and postage costs.
Will listen to offers and part exchanges too.

Note. If you dont feel comfortable with installing a DVD-RW and a Hard drive I will be willing to do it for you at just the cost of parts.

Well the thing is ive kind of got what i want, so unless you got some new law books, or perhaps a new wallet, or a PC headset then not a great deal im afraid.

As close to asking price as possible

Shazarda
wanted to offer 80 including delivery

also wats max fsb on mobo for ddr2

also is the chip dual core?

yeah the chip is dual core thus the D it means dual core, also its 1066MHz FSB for DDR2 and 533Mhz for DDR. the processor runs at 800Mhz FSB.
Furthermore id still ideally be looking for more then £80 due to the interest already.
#11
just started with computers so dont know much but would this be good for gaming ??

depends what games you wish to play. CSS it plays fine as above, and my brother use to play the Need for speed titles on it, and it has also played half life 2, world of warcraft, the sims 2, command and conquer 3, but it wouldnt play the latest Call of Duty or far cry 2 or crysis (on anything higher then low) for example

Furthermore, this was running windows 7 as well perfectly.

Hmmmm i do have a single IDE channel, but its hard to get to in my case. But suppose dependent on price you want off i could buy a caddie and use it for backing up perhaps.

Cheers for the interest, but deadduck has offered £80+a hard drive, and although I dont want it its worth minimum of £11 to sell to cex cash.

You could sell your hard drive to cex for £11 cash out of interest. As i have looked to find a caddy as i believed I already had one, and actually it has a 80gb HDD in already so im afraid the hard drive actually probably wouldnt be any use to myself sorry.

sorry thought i had replied!
Im going to hang on as there has been a lot of interest/offers on the table and if i accepted deadducks offer with the hard drive i would have £91. But obviously thats extra hassle, thus if he was to sell it then just give me the cash that might be an option i dont know.
[mod]#27
final offer £90 then :)
