It is NOT banned and DOES have an HDMI port.
As a sub-note which I forgot to mention, the controller has had the buttons changed, they are all now blue, it is just a standard modification kit, and has in NO WAY affected the sensitivity of the controller. It just looks better than it originally did! So the controller is white and blue.

It is a wireless controller yes, Sorry, wont go below £57 delivered, that's £10 off asking price, and it's quite a bulky load to ship.
I have to disagree, RRoD isn't an issue of age. It's an issue with the individual consoles themselves, in all honesty, if it hasn't had it yet, there is less of a chance that it will suffer from it. I do it for £50+ Postage. But not £50 delivered.
