Pictures of individual components will be supplied for those wanting a specific component.
£750 is rather high most of it is quite old as for the Coolermaster Hyper 212 keeping the cpu below 30c, i would like to see proof of that as mine is a Q9400 overclocked to 3.6 and runs idle at 34c and thats with a titan
Even during this hot summer night it keeps its cool:
Bear in mind the Q9400 < Q9550 and 3.6GHz is pushing your processor rather far so it stands to reason that it would be cooler. The Hyper 212 is no slouch. Also, the Arctic Silver thermal paste helps :)

As for the price, it's notably lower than buying those parts individually. The £750 mark is a guideline - the description does state that I am indeed open to offers. Furthermore, if anyone thinks that the PC is too expensive then the components can be bought separately.

Are you interested in the PC or just posting needlessly?
im using mx3 paste
Price for individual parts - open to offers.

CPU - £200
RAM - £80
Graphics - £80
Motherboard - £120
PSU - £70
Case - £110
Card reader - £20
Hard drive - £30
DVD drive - £20
CPU Cooler - £20
Lowered price to £600.
What stepping is the CPU ?
A stepping.

This should help:
Last bump, I believe.
how comes your selling mate
I have 2 PCs, though I'm in need of one.
if id of sold my laptop this week i would have had this
the going rate for a E0 stepping Q9550 is about £125-£130
the going rate for a E0 stepping Q9550 is about £125-£130

Can you show me where? Only prices I've found are over £200. Since I lowered the overall price of the PC I should actually have lowered the individual components at the same time:
CPU - £150
RAM - £70
Graphics - £80
Motherboard - £90
PSU - £60
Case - £80
Card reader - £15
Hard drive - £25
DVD drive - £15
CPU Cooler - £15
As it's overclocked I'd prefer to sell the CPU, RAM, CPU cooler and motherboard all together for best results though it's not essential.
Just another website i use which is specific to computers they seem to go for 125-130. Im not trying to thread spoil just trying to help you get a reasonable sale. Good luck
you fancy trading for a laptop
Thanks but I have a decent spec laptop already.
i'll offer £60 for the graphics card (delivered).
Call it £65 and you've got a deal. I'll send it via Special Delivery for peace of mind.
ok, paypal ok?
PayPal's perfect. Taken to PM.
If the hyper has an AM2+/am3 bracket i'd offer you £15 del' ppg
I'd like to buy the PSU, would you accept £50?
£55 and you've got yourself a new PSU.
Couldn't edit my last post (clicking the edit button did nothing).
svpop - if possible, I'd like to sell the HSF with (at least) the processor because they go very well together (and I don't have the original HSF). In answer to your question, yes it is compatible.

If anyone else would like to claim the processor without the HSF I'll pass the Hyper 212 onto svpop.
£55 is a great price, could you PM me your address and I can collect and handover the cash all in one go if that suits you?

I'll be able to pick it up on Saturday if that's OK?
Taken to PM.
I actually bought that exact same ram brand new for £66 last week, sorry but thought I should say. :<
Rob - should've mentioned it sooner, we could've struck up a deal :)

For anyone interested, I'll start the idea at £300 for the motherboard, processor, RAM and HSF.
£12 for the 212 here?
Zombie - read the previous posts; if I was selling the HSF separately it'd go to svpop first. If anyone makes an offer on the processor on its own then I'll sell the Hyper 212 separately.
