  Re your report concerning the third copy of the Quantum of Solace - Xbox 360 game you have - 3 copies of the same game would fall under the bulk sales rules as you thought with a 3 month relist, even if one was opened, as it wouldn't be considered a normal private sale to have 3 copies of one game, thanks.
