What would i need to connect the sky+ box as i currently have SKY but heard you need an extra lead coming from the dish?
#2
yeah you do need an extra lead but could also provide you with the dish if you were going to collect it but if it was delivered by courier would cost quite a bit or if you can get hold of a sky engineer they would be able fit up your old dish so you could use sky plus

i live in a flat with a communal sky dish. we have 2 connections going into the flat, one in the living room, one in bedroom. is there any way i could split the one in the living room for two seperate feeds to go into the back of the sky+ box. if i can, i will buy off you for asking price

all you would need to do is - remove the twin lnb off the dish and post it to the guy with the box -then he swaps his single lnb for your double -sorted

Advice On Image Posting And Hosting:

If you hover your mouse pointer over the image you want to show, right click over it and you'll see either "Properties" in Internet Explorer or "Copy Image Location" in FireFox.

If "Properties" in Internet Explorer, you'll need to highlight the image Address or URL completely and copy it by right clicking over it once it's all been highlighted. FireFox is easier, as you only need to click on "Copy Image Location".
Paste the copied URL in to the field which states "Link To Image File" or for forum replies and posts use this http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/images/editor/insertimage.gif to paste the URL in.

If you have an image on your computer you want to use, try http://www.imageshack.us or http://www.photobucket.com to upload and host them on.

Browse your desktop for the image you want to upload to one of those sites, then click "Upload". Once that's completed, a URL or web address will automatically be created for you to copy and paste as above.

hi i could pull off my dual lnb and send it to whoevers buys it and they could swap it for there single one and hey presto
#8
do not forget that you would need 2 leads from the dish to the box. You would also need to inform sky that you have it so they can enable the services for it.

Whoever gets this will be getting a cracking deal they go for over £100 on ebay
